Pros
I love how I don't have to spend a ton of time reviewing calls anymore. Instead of just checking a small sample, I can now review all of my agents calls. Also the setup process very easy and I did not require any help from our IT team. Plus, the team at Creovai has been amazing to work with.
Cons
The only thing I do not like is how much time it takes to set up things like dashboards or tweak the phrasing for certain things to trigger when I am searching. It can get a little time-consuming.

It is such a great tool as it gives me valuable insights into our service and lets me review calls to help set up both our team and customers for success.
Cons
Thers is not anything that I dislike as Creovai does a great job of capturing and collecting all the information I need.

Pros
Creovai really takes things up a notch by moving us from reacting to situations to being proactive. The custom quality assurance scoring gives team members the right info to improve coaching and training, which makes a big difference in the service and support we provide to customers.
Cons
One challenge I've run into is trying to share dashboards and reports in a way that looks just as good outside the platform as it does inside. Also it is tricky to make it as visually appealing.

“Has my likes and dislikes...”
Pros
I really like how I can pull data on trending topics that our regular phone platform does not show. Plus it helps us react faster to trends from incoming calls because it catches them in real time.
Cons
I do not like that when a call is transferred to multiple people, it only captures data from the last person the call ended with. It would be better if it could track everyone involved.

Creovai stands out to me for its creativity and innovation, and the way it promotes collaboration among different talents leads to some really unique ideas and solutions.
Cons

I am impressed with how much data Creovai can provide.
Cons
The interface is a bit oversized, but it is still readable. The major downside is that I have to scroll to see all my scores. I feel like there could be better management of the space on the screen.

Pros
Their support after launch has been amazing like way better than anything I've experienced with other vendors. Also they are always open to feedback and help us with improvements.
Cons
There aren't many things I dislike about the tool, but I do wish there was a special interface just for our agents that shows information relevant to them. Luckily, we are working with Tethr on a beta for this.

“A bit of learning is required, yet I had a great experience”
Pros
It is so easy for my manager to send me QA calls now, Thanks to Creovai. Also I can see his notes and add my own, making the whole process super smooth.
Cons
The AI features could be better. Also for now it feels like I am missing out on a few features that could make things better.
