“Advanced localization workflow”
Pros
Handling localization and translation work feels very efficient with this tool. The interface is simple, the real-time collaboration features are genuinely useful and managing multiple languages from one place makes the whole process much more organized. The integrations with other tools and version control systems are also a big plus and end up saving a lot of time.
Cons
In my opinion getting comfortable with some of the more advanced features can take a while especially for new users. The pricing also feels a little expensive for small teams or individual users and the interface can seem somewhat overwhelming at first because there are so many options available.

“Comfortable translation workspace”
Pros
It's a really comfortable platform that includes all the tools needed for translation work and fits the needs of any professional.
Cons
Everything worked well for me and I honestly didn't notice any downsides. It felt very comfortable to use, logging in was simple and the system itself was good.

“Trusted localization partner”
Pros
A consistently positive experience to work with this tool. It has proven to be a reliable partner and the platform provides a strong, user-friendly localization solution that makes handling multilingual content much more manageable for teams operating across different regions. Their emphasis on integration, automation and developer-friendly capabilities fits very well with how we handle structured content and translation workflows at Paligo. The team is responsive, professional and forward-looking and the platform is highly regarded by our mutual customers for its scalability and usability.
Cons
There is nothing notable to criticize, our partnership experience has been consistently positive. We genuinely value working with the team.

“perfect tools for teams”
Pros
Getting started with it felt very natural and that was probably the biggest plus for me. As a new user, I was able to figure out project management pretty quickly because the interface is clear and simple. The text and file management features also work really well which helps a lot when handling large translation projects. On top of that, the collaboration tools are something I really value since they help the whole team stay aligned and consistent.
Cons
One downside I noticed is that the platform can show minor bugs from time to time when working on very large projects, including slower loading speeds. Also although the integration setup is quite powerful, it can seem a little complicated for someone using it for the first time.

“Easy contributor management”
Pros
Handling large collaborative projects like app translations is where this platform really shines. It does a very good job of keeping contributing users organized and changing a user's role takes almost no time. The notifications and interface also make it quick to review activity and respond to user questions without much hassle.
Cons
Feature that holds it back is the lack of a mobile app and the website isn't really built for mobile use either. Since I often access it from my phone, I end up having to zoom in and out quite a bit which makes it less convenient to use than it should be.

“App localization support”
Pros
This service is excellent because it connects developers with volunteers, letting the development team put more attention on building and improving the product.
Cons
Translating an entire app or website still takes a lot of time so the overall localization process can sometimes end up being delayed.

“great AI updates”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the AI integration since it means I'm working with a tool that keeps evolving along with changes in translation and other related areas.
Cons
Interface could be more simple to use and the add-ons for working with other translation tools still need improvement.

“Rich translation editor”
Pros
It felt surprisingly natural to start with this tool. I had never worked with a CAT tool before yet I picked it up very quickly and honestly ended up getting quite attached to it. Anyone who wants to translate can use it for free, while project managers have a range of paid options. I can't say much about the project creation or management side since I've never handled that part myself. The interface is clean and easy and the editor offers four different view modes depending on what you need. Project content is split into strings and each one shows all the suggested and approved translations available so far, including from the selected language, Translation Memory, Machine Translation and even other languages, along with comments left by contributors across all languages. On top of that, the glossary is always available and can be expanded by users and you can search source terms to check how they were translated into the target language. The editor also includes additional functions, like integration with other software such as CAT tools although I haven't personally used those enough to comment in depth. Even just the core editor features already make it a dependable option for almost any project. This is especially true for technical translation work, where there's often much less need to rely on outside search engines because you can load the platform with helpful reference material, including images that make context much clearer. Of course, external research still matters but the built-in alternatives definitely speed things up. Another very valuable feature is the approval workflow, managers can assign certain members as proofreaders and they are responsible for approving translations. Ideally, only the approved versions, meaning the ones judged best by the proofreaders, end up in the localized software. In the project where I contribute the most, there's a team of paid proofreaders who also translate and they review all suggestions carefully to select the strongest option. That matters a lot because the project is public and many volunteer translators may have little or no localization experience and limited fluency in the source language. Within a project, you can also view manager-assigned tasks, contribution statistics, a detailed activity log for every member and a public discussion forum. Security has also been great in my experience, neither I nor any colleague I know has ever been hacked and none of the projects I belong to have suffered attacks from hackers or griefers. There's also a built-in system that assigns payment to tasks based on translated or approved characters, words, strings and so on though I can't really describe that part because I've always participated as a volunteer translator.
Cons
There's honestly not much about it that bothers me. One weakness is that the translation log isn't accessible enough which makes it difficult to track down translations that were deleted or somehow went missing. The current log also doesn't let you search translations by words which would be very useful. From what I've seen, the built-in private messaging feature can be buggy and slow so I usually prefer using other messaging apps instead. That part could definitely use improvement. It would also help to have better anti-flooding tools in the editor. At times, inexperienced users flood strings with very poor translation suggestions that clutter the interface visually or they post a string of unnecessary comments as if they were issues to solve. Then proofreaders have to keep resolving those reports and deleting the bad suggestions or simply ignore them.

“Handy subprojects”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface feels very user-friendly and simple to navigate and it comes with a great set of features that make the overall experience really pleasant. I also appreciate that it lets you organize strings into separate subprojects or folders which helps keep everything structured.
Cons
Sometimes the automated suggestions from the tool or from Google are not accurate enough and users may still end up relying on those suggestions anyway.

“perfect string companion”
Pros
It's a really useful tool for anyone who needs to translate strings inside apps or other software that relies on that kind of workflow.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any real complaints about it because it covers everything I need for my use case. There may be a few translation features that other tools include but nothing that feels important.

“Simple TM search”
Pros
Simplicity is a big plus especially when working with shorter text strings which suits it really well. I also haven't run into many bugs or technical issues and the TM search feature is something I genuinely appreciate.
Cons
Where it becomes frustrating is with longer strings especially anything over three sentences because they're much harder to handle. I'd really like the option to split a large block of text into smaller segments. At times the text is so long that I can't even see my translation, let alone the TM match, without scrolling across the whole screen which gets annoying fast. I'd also love to see TM matches for terms appearing in the text shown on the right side of the screen, like some competing tools already offer since that would be especially useful for terminology. There's also an occasional issue where the cursor doesn't reflect the actual editing point although that seems to happen less often lately. And I'm not sure whether this is a bug or a processing issue but sometimes the screenshots in the Preview menu do not appear.

“Helpful chat options”
Pros
Interface feels simple and well organized. The chat feature is especially useful when I need to ask the application administrators for clarification on items that need to be translated. I also appreciate the Google Translate integration which helps speed up the translation process.
Cons
From time to time, I get emails with strings that are supposed to be translated but then they are not actually there when I check. That ends up wasting time.

“Smart automation”
Pros
One of the best parts is how well automation works through integrations, combined with strong contextual translation features like the In-Context Editor and screenshots. The AI capabilities are also becoming more advanced which makes the platform even more useful over time.
Cons
A common downside is that the interface can feel complicated especially for non-technical users. There can also be occasional glitches or unexpected behavior during import/export or synchronization processes.

“access anywhere!”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and simple. Since it's an online tool, I can work from anywhere without being tied to one specific device or location.
Cons
As far as I know, it still doesn't offer a reliable spellcheck option for European Portuguese. Adding that feature would make it much more valuable especially for the Portuguese market.

Pros
Being able to translate every line into any language is something I really love. The community is amazing as well and I genuinely enjoy being part of it with everyone there!
Cons
Nothing negative to say. I love it and see it as the best platform for managing translations, with plenty of translation tools and useful features included.

“Project contribution support”
Pros
Contributing to other people's projects is something I really enjoy here and the process is very simple to jump into. That's definitely one of the best parts of using it.
Cons
The interface isn't my favorite part. It does the job and you can get used to it but there's definitely a pretty steep learning curve.

“Strong assistance”
Pros
I set it up to work with either DeepL or Microsoft Translator and that's been really useful for getting a great first draft of translations. The Editor also does a good job of highlighting possible quality issues which makes it easier to review and fix translations. On top of that, the Support team has always been extremely helpful whenever I needed assistance.
Cons
Getting GitHub synchronization configured properly was frustrating at first and I had to revert syncs several times before the integration settings were finally correct. Some of the wording in the UI also felt misleading at times. It helps to understand that the current GitHub integration is built around a standard localization workflow where the Git repository stays the single source of truth for code and source strings. That setup makes sense because it keeps source strings inside GitHub as part of the normal version control, branching and review process. The integration then checks the repository for new strings, pulls them into the platform and once translations are finished, pushes the translated files back to the repo for deployment. It creates an automated continuous localization loop and lets the platform focus on translation and collaboration while GitHub handles source code management. My other concern is pricing, as a small indie developer, EUR52/month feels a bit expensive especially since the free plan only allows 1 integration and doesn't include sync reversion.

“Translator-friendly workspace”
Pros
Working as a translator feels very convenient with this software. The automatic suggestions are really helpful, reviewing terms is easy and the translations update automatically to keep everything consistent and coherent.
Cons
I really don't run into problems while using it and the workflow feels convenient overall. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be allowing translation cases to be approved automatically by the software instead of requiring manual approval.

“GitHub integration”
Pros
Connecting it with GitHub was easy and the interface is very user-friendly for translators.

“Localization team fit”
Pros
This tool has made a big difference in our localization projects. Our localization manager and all of our translators use it every day comfortably and there haven't been any complaints. The user experience has been excellent and the customer experience has been just as positive. Getting everything implemented was very easy and I'd absolutely recommend it to others.
Cons
At this point, I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about it.
