“Very capable tool”
Pros
Using it feels very simple and it works really effectively. It offers a lot of functionality which makes it a very capable tool overall.
Cons
The downside is the lack of a full mobile app. There is only a basic app available and it doesn't include all the features.

“Extensive set of features”
Pros
Its quite user-friendly and it comes with plenty of features. The platform is developing quickly, with strong new functionality being added at a fast pace.
Cons
There are still a few bugs that can affect day-to-day work although they don't seem impossible to fix.
