“Useful remote access alternative”
Pros
It works well as a remote access option when you need another way in especially in situations where setting up an RDP connection manually just isn't possible.
Cons
It felt more valuable back when there were fewer competing tools available. These days, it seems to be used more for end-user support than for actual administration.

“Fast screen sharing”
Pros
Right from the start, using it for remote support has felt incredibly simple. Access is quick, screen sharing happens without any lag, managing machine folders is very easy and switching between multiple screens is effortless.
Cons
Honestly, it feels like a complete remote support package. I haven't come across anything to dislike.

“great security but cluttered interface”
Pros
A big plus with this software is the strong level of protection it offers while still meeting security standards. The desktop app is very basic and doesn't take much effort to install or configure. It also lets the end user approve the remote access request first which is useful from a security standpoint. If other team members are signed in, you can invite them into a session or hand over remote control without much trouble. The built-in chat, audio and video calling features make support sessions feel more connected and efficient. On top of that, the pricing is fairly reasonable especially since the cost goes down when you purchase more licenses.
Cons
One frustrating issue is that the program often gets stuck on the connection screen and the only fix is usually to restart it. Requesting administrative privileges on the client's computer also feels dull and inefficient. The interface is probably the weakest part overall because it looks too crowded and could use a lot more refinement to make navigation simpler. Another downside is that customer support is not available 24/7 which can be inconvenient when help is needed outside regular hours.

“Fast remote access”
Pros
At the company where I work, we use this tool to provide IT support to our customers. The remote connection is fast and reliable and it lets us keep the access settings saved and store the computers we've already connected to which makes future access much more convenient. It works very well.
Cons
File transfer part could be better especially compared with AnyDesk, where we can copy something from our screen and paste it directly into the client's micro client screen.

“Remote support powerhouse”
Pros
Managing remote PCs from a support standpoint feels very easy with this interface. Sending scripts to multiple machines outside of GPO is incredibly convenient and this tool has been a pleasure to use overall.
Cons
The pricing feels a little high for what it offers. Hyena costs less and handles many of the same tasks so lowering the price would probably make a lot more people happy.

“Helpful laptop fix tool”
Pros
This software has helped sort out a lot of problems on my laptop. All I usually need to do is give IT my IP address.
Cons
It doesn't handle every software install or repair through the tool. Some programs on a corporate laptop still require a direct connection to the corporate network.

“Reliable remote admin access”
Pros
As a system administrator, I'd strongly recommend using this tool regularly. One of the biggest advantages is that you don't have to type in an ID or password every time you start a remote connection. After you sign in once with your system admin account, it keeps those credentials saved which makes repeated access much more convenient. It also comes with an agent application that needs to be installed on the computer you want to access remotely.
Cons
To use the remote desktop feature, you first need to install the agent on the target PC before connecting. That setup step is required and sometimes the installation runs into errors.

“Easy remote access”
Pros
Remote access with this software has been very easy. The setup and installation are quite simple and I can connect to a desktop machine without needing any help or action from the end user.
Cons
At times, it takes a bit longer than expected for all of our computers in Active Directory to appear. Other than that, I really do not have any major complaints about the software.

“quick setup and branded deployment”
Pros
Getting everything up and running was very easy, both for setup and configuration. Since there's no on-prem server to build or maintain, that takes a lot off the plate. Creating branded agents was quick and deploying those agents was just as fast and simple.
Cons
The cloud version still doesn't include every feature that exists in the on-prem release. Admin accounts can be a bit confusing to work with and the screen resolution nag menu shows up more often than it should.

“Reliable and strong platform”
Pros
Using this has been very easy and it still feels quite powerful. I haven't run into any problems with it at all.
Cons
Because it keeps things simple, it offers fewer features compared with other remote support tools like Bomgar.

“Affordable support tool”
Pros
It's a simple, budget-friendly tool that lets me remotely access computers and troubleshoot problems without being there in person.
Cons
Every now and then it gets a little glitchy while scanning the network for available machines but that doesn't happen very often.

“Remote access”
Pros
Being able to connect to a computer for remote support without needing any interaction from the end user is easily the biggest advantage. With most other tools, the user has to read off a code or click through a few steps before you can get in but that isn't necessary here. Another really useful part is how much PC information you can pull from the remote connection without even having to fully connect and dig through Windows yourself.
Cons
One thing we still haven't been able to sort out is the Internet Proxy setup for supporting users outside our internal network. That side of the configuration is pretty confusing and I also haven't come across a great tutorial that clearly walks through how to set it up.

“quick access win”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to connect to a computer without needing to sign in on that machine first. It makes it much faster to check what issue the user is having, lets you connect even when no one is there to respond on the remote device and helps when you don't want to, or simply can't, log out the person who is currently signed in.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about. If anything, the interface could probably use a visual refresh. It works really well but it still kind of has that old Windows 98-style appearance.

“affordable support standout”
Pros
What really stands out to me is how simple this program is to use. It's very easy and it also gives helpful guidance when you need a better idea of how to work with it. The price is another big plus especially for remote desktop support software since it's very affordable.
Cons
Frustrating part is how it handles my organized list of endpoint machines. It keeps dropping my machine names and mixing them up which creates a lot of confusion. I reached out to the company but they weren't helpful at all and said they couldn't figure out the issue. I've also talked with other users and they've reported running into the same problem.
