“Affordable remote support”
Pros
For a few years, this was our main tool for remote access. It was fairly affordable, very user-friendly and simple to get our staff trained on quickly. Wake-on-LAN also worked really well.
Cons
It's a great piece of software but the feature set is quite limited and ultimately didn't cover everything we needed. It works well when you just need to jump on with a user, handle a couple of quick tasks and get out. For anything more involved, like deploying scripts or applications, you'll need a different solution.

“Reliable remote access toolkit”
Pros
After using it for quite a while, I can honestly say it has made a big difference in my IT support work. The interface feels very simple so getting around it doesn't take much effort even for someone who isn't especially technical. That alone has made remote management much less complicated for me. It also does a really great job with remote access overall. Whether I need to control a user's desktop, move files back and forth or adjust system settings, the tools I need are all built in. Another big advantage is its support for multiple platforms. Since I regularly work across Windows, macOS and Linux, having one solution that handles all of them well is a huge benefit. On top of that, the security features are reassuring. Things like multi-factor authentication, smart card login and encryption make me feel confident that remote sessions are protected. I also appreciate how well it scales. Whether I'm helping a small team or a much larger group, it keeps up without performance problems and grows along with my needs.
Cons
There are a few areas where it could improve. The first setup and configuration process can be challenging especially in a larger network environment. It took a while before I had everything configured the way I wanted. The pricing is also on the higher side so smaller companies or anyone working with a limited budget may find it expensive even if the feature set does help justify the cost. I've also noticed that remote sessions can use a fair amount of system resources. It's not enough to stop me from using it but it's definitely worth considering if you're working with older machines.

“Excellent software”
Pros
This has been the best tool I've used for remote support and IT ticketing. Working remotely is much more manageable because it includes so many helpful features and the help desk capabilities are excellent as well.
Cons
I don't have any major concerns about it since it does exactly what I need.

“Ticketing keeps teams organized”
Pros
Managing a large network or even several different networks and user groups, is much more organized with this tool so it feels like a worthwhile investment. The ticket management and dashboard are far easier to work with than many other ticketing systems I've used. It also lets me keep the person who opened the ticket informed at every stage which cuts down on the extra back-and-forth of having to contact the user separately.
Cons
The price isn't ideal but it pays off over time once you start taking full advantage of all the features.

“Quick setup from day one”
Pros
There's no need to install anything on the computers before the first connection or any admin action which makes getting started very convenient.
Cons
It would be even better if it included more RMM features, such as software deployment or Windows update management.

“Powerful and scalable”
Pros
I've found the platform easy to use and its scalability and strong functionality really stand out.
Cons
One limitation is that integration with third-party Service Desk software is restricted and the range of supported remote platforms is fairly limited as well.

“Powerful remote support toolkit”
Pros
Comes with a full set of tools for remote support and systems management, including remote desktop access, remote control, troubleshooting, diagnostics and file transfer. It also integrates well with Active Directory and other network management tools which helps IT teams handle and monitor their infrastructure more efficiently. The software is offered in both on-premise and cloud versions so it works well for businesses of different sizes. Another plus is its support for multiple operating systems like Windows, Mac and Linux. The interface is user-friendly and customizable too which makes it easier to move around the platform and set it up the way you want.
Cons
It may not be the most budget-friendly option for small businesses or solo users. There's also a fairly steep learning curve if you're new to remote support or systems management tools. Some features take extra setup and configuration and that can eat up a lot of time. On top of that, customer support feels limited since there's no phone or live chat option available.

“Centralized on-premise control”
Pros
It was one of the tools we evaluated when choosing a remote control solution. The on-premise option and the centralized management were the features that ultimately influenced our decision.
Cons
Software in this category tends to be very similar and the differences, along with the pros and cons, more or less balance each other out.

“Missing features with tricky setup”
Pros
Centralized control is very useful and deploying it across a domain forest is also fairly easy.
Cons
Setting it up isn't very simple. It also misses a lot of features you'd normally expect, such as query-building and agentless deployment.

“Reliable remote support tool”
Pros
Having a easy way to connect systems and troubleshoot end-user devices even when no one is sitting at the machine, has been really helpful. Remote access to my users' computers is quick and simple which makes it much easier to step in when they have issues. The product also includes very great support and documentation which adds a lot of value. Security is handled well too since you can protect connections with either a fixed password or a random one.
Cons
Multiscreen remote sessions could be better especially if each display had its own separate screen. There's also no way to add notes to entries which would make support work more organized and adding machines takes more effort than it should. Recording still is not enabled for us at the moment. It also depends on a strong connection to work properly. When services fail on remote workstations and the connection drops, the only fix is sometimes to uninstall and reinstall the services which can be frustrating.

“great admin tools”
Pros
Remote desktop control and remote administration through the utilities are the features that matter most for our business.
Cons
Integration with the domain controller fails at times and the registry editor is difficult to work with since it doesn't always push the correct keys.

“excellent support”
Pros
Even though our IT Helpdesk team is the primary group using it, I'm still able to use it when I need to connect with employees dealing with network or access issues across the company. It offers a convenient and secure way to provide remote support.
Cons
Every now and then, the remote connection can be a bit slow though that's understandable.

“Fast setup”
Pros
Getting remote access up and running only takes a few minutes even when I'm installing the agent on a remote machine connected to the same LAN and not testing the software locally first.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues with this software.
