Pros

The interactive troubleshooting guides are a feature I really enjoy. They let customers work through common issues on their own which helps reduce the workload for my support team.

Cons

When a visitor gets stuck on a guide and decides to ask a question, the system does not redirect them to the exact problem they're facing. This could make it difficult for my support reps to understand what the user is experiencing.
