It does the job

Pros

Overall the experience has been so so. We've been considering other applications due to it's higher cost relative to the features it offers. Other platforms provide more functionality in chat flow.

Cons

The customer support from it is not that great. They don't provide much help when it comes to setup, or with any of the technical processes or procedures. When we first started using this application, we were unfamiliar with the targeting feature and it would have been really helpful to have someone guide us through it.
