“handy ability to access computer remotely”
Pros
The setup process is convenient and using it feels very user-friendly. One of the best parts is that users can access their work computer remotely without needing to install any software on the remote machine.
Cons
Using it on a phone can be a bit awkward, mainly because the screen is so small. I often end up showing and hiding the keyboard just to get to the spot where I need to type.

“Feature-packed admin panel”
Pros
The admin panel comes with plenty of features and makes access and control very simple. On the technician side, it's also simple to work with which gives the team more autonomy in handling their day-to-day tasks.
Cons
It would be helpful to add alert or notification options for administrators whenever a technical user performs an access action.

“ideal for small business”
Pros
Appreciate everything about it. It's easy to use, works especially well for small businesses and the learning curve is very minimal.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues so far and nothing has come up during use that I would consider a problem.

“Flexible licensing is a plus”
Pros
The licensing flexibility is a big plus. You only pay for what you actually use instead of buying in bulk so there's no wasted licensing cost.
Cons
This isn't really a downside, more of a minor inconvenience. To get admin access, we have to ask the user to raise our permission level and many of our users aren't familiar enough with what that means. Because of that, we usually end up on the phone walking them through it since we try to handle things remotely with as little user involvement as possible.

“reasonably priced”
Pros
Getting connected is very convenient for both my team and me and the pricing is reasonable. Security is also a big plus which makes the whole service even more valuable.
Cons
The only thing I'd want is the ability to power on a computer remotely but I understand that's not something that can always be done and it probably shouldn't be.

“Perfectly balanced solution”
Pros
Between the pricing and how quickly it can be rolled out to new computers, this software has been a really solid option. Adding or removing users is simple, the reporting features are useful, updates happen without any hassle and the connection has been consistently reliable. There's a lot here that works well.
Cons
connection bar at the top can be better. Even though it can be moved to the left or right, it still feels a bit bulky and can get in the way sometimes. It would be much better if it could shrink down a lot more while in full-screen mode. Also, this has not happened lately but there were times in the past when file transfers would fail right at the step where I was supposed to choose the destination folder on the remote machine.

“easy remote access that works”
Pros
Running a CPA practice, I use this software to connect to client computers and it does exactly what I need without burying me in a bunch of extra dashboard features that most people never touch. The setup is simple and I can also let other staff use it when we both need access to the same client at the same time. Every now and then, a client I do not regularly connect to will ask for help with something on their computer and it is very simple to guide them through the install. After that, I can just remove their machine from my client dashboard when the job is done. That kind of no-fuss workflow is exactly how remote access software should be. The pricing is also fair enough that I can comfortably treat it as overhead especially since clients usually do not want a separate charge for remote access.
Cons
I really have not had any real issues with it. The only hiccup I ran into was when I was first trying to set up dual remote access for both me and a bookkeeper on the same client computer. Support helped me through the process and once we understood how it worked, future setups were no trouble at all. Looking back, I think we were probably making it more complicated than it needed to be.

“Broad range of features”
Pros
It has been a great remote support tool to use. It offers really strong value for the price and includes all the features I'd expect from a remote support product.
Cons
I ran into a problem when remotely controlling a Windows PC from a MacBook. Some keys didn't transfer properly to the remote machine and I wasn't able to find a workaround for it such as with the # key.

“Works flawlessly”
Pros
It does exactly what I need for connecting into other online systems remotely and it works flawlessly every time.
Cons
there is not much I dislike about the product. The only issue I ran into was when I used it one morning without any problem, then later that afternoon it suddenly would only show a message saying the credit card on file was no longer valid. At the time, I was nowhere near that card so I could not take care of it and ended up being blocked from doing what I needed right then. I really wish the software had given some kind of warning beforehand, even earlier that same morning so I would have had a chance to fix it in advance. Something like a notice saying there were only a few uses left before payment was required would have helped. Any kind of alert would have been better than having the delay happen at the exact moment I needed access especially since I usually use this software to handle issues that need immediate attention.

Pros
Very simple to manage and in the past 5 years it hasn't given me a single glitch. It includes everything needed to access my computers, plus plenty of extra features.
Cons
Microphone audio doesn't pass through the way it does with AnyDesk. It can also be a little slow at times but it's not a major issue.

Pros
It has been extremely dependable for me, matching and sometimes even outperforming the top competitors. Being able to co-brand it and provide support to my clients directly through my website also gives everything a much more polished, professional appearance.

“Responsive team”
Pros
Found it convenient to use and one thing I really appreciated was how responsive the team was. We needed additional functionality around notes in the desktop app and after a few months that update was included in a new release. Definitely a highly recommended tool.
Cons
It would still be helpful to have more granular permission settings such as allowing non-admin users to use notes.

“Full office access anywhere”
Pros
Having my entire office available from anywhere is exactly what I needed and this software handles that really well in one place. It also lets me grant access to other people while controlling the level of access they get. On top of that, it performs really well even with dual-monitor setups.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. There isn't anything that bothers me on a daily basis or even at all, really. It's very well put together. If I had to name one annoyance, it would probably be the character limit on this review question.

“Works perfectly for me”
Pros
Whenever I need to connect to an unattended PC, it comes through consistently. It has exactly the features I need without adding unnecessary extras. I can give specific users access to specific machines and the response times are very good. Nobody really enjoys paying for an annual renewal but this is one subscription I'm happy to keep because DualMon delivers excellent value.
Cons
