Faster customer connections

Pros

After discovering it on a website, it felt much more simple to use than TeamViewer. One thing I especially appreciate when connecting to customers is that the access code uses numbers only, instead of a mix of letters and numbers. That makes the whole connection process quicker and helps avoid mistakes.

Cons

I really haven't experienced any major problems. I'd still welcome more integrations in the future but the core remote access functionality has worked reliably and without issues.

Reasonable pricing

Pros

The pricing is solid, it's simple to use and it covers exactly what we need without piling on a bunch of extras we'd never use. My techs may not call out specific standout features but they're working in it every day and that alone says a lot because it consistently gets the job done for them.

Cons

A recurring challenge is walking Mac users through the permissions they need to enable on their end. My techs have also mentioned that customizable assist codes would be useful, mainly because some users try to click "Get Assistance" after entering only 6 characters. I get the impression the generated code length probably can't be changed so adding a clearer visual cue in the Embeddable Assist Widget something like "_ _ _ - _ _ _ - _ _ _" to show that 9 characters plus dashes are required, would make that process a lot clearer.

practical and user-friendly tool

Pros

It is an excellent tool. It's very simple to use, practical and user-friendly. It really helps with day-to-day work, saves time and makes tasks much easier to handle. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for more speed and efficiency at work.

Cons

The part I liked least was during the renewal process, when I could no longer access the platform before making the payment. That billing approach felt excessive to me and even a bit disrespectful to the customer since they force you to pay just to view anything, when they could simply block the use of the tool instead.

affordable option

Pros

It has been a really solid option for me because it's reasonably priced and simple to use without any unnecessary complexity. I have it installed on several customers' machines which lets me jump in and help them quickly whenever issues come up. The single-use option has also been very useful for customers who call in needing a fast one-time repair.

Cons

Only thing I'd like to see improved is better renewal reminders. Aside from that, I'm extremely happy with Dualmon.

Reliable remote access anywhere

Pros

Working outside the office is really convenient with it. It gives me quick, accessible access to my work information from home and I haven't run into lag or any issues while using it.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints about the software. If anything, it could provide a bit more information about the available computer options for remote work.

Scales well

Pros

An incredible choice for us because of how fast and secure it is. It's a proven, scalable platform and in our evaluations it consistently performed better than the competing options which made it the clear pick for dependable remote management.

Cons

Up to this point I really haven't run into any major problems or notable drawbacks with Dualmon since it has worked very reliably. The only improvement I'd still want is official Android support because a dedicated app for that platform would make remote management even more flexible.

good value for money

Pros

Being able to connect remotely without needing any software pre-installed is a big advantage. It also offers really good value for the money when you compare it with other similar products.

Cons

It hasn't been missing any features I need. I mainly use it to remotely access my clients' PCs so I can troubleshoot, debug and fix issues.

Not overly complicated

Pros

Getting started with it is simple. The two-step authentication adds security without feeling annoying or overly complicated. I also appreciate that there are no ads and overall it just works the way it should.

Cons

Setting up new machines can be frustrating. Sometimes I have trouble making sure a new user doesn't end up under my profile. It has happened before and while I'm pretty sure it's user error on my part, it can still be a hassle.

Simple and cost-effective

Pros

Compared with similar remote access tools, this one is simpler to use, more affordable and still gives me secure access. I can get the same results without having to jump through a bunch of extra steps.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind as a downside. I do not really have any complaints about the program at all and it has been completely fine for me.

Helps improve efficiency

Pros

It has consistently been simple to use and the installation process is just as simple. It has definitely helped improve efficiency for our work.

Cons

It's hard to point to much that I dislike. I only use it from time to time to connect to a computer that has to stay on site. The only real issue I've run into is that when I logged into the on-site machine in full-screen mode, it wasn't very user-friendly to navigate out of it.

Competitive pricing

Pros

Dualmon stands out for its affordable pricing and the software is very simple to use.

Cons

It would be better if it included more diagnostic details and supported bulk installation. I currently use it alongside Atera.

costs lesser than other options

Pros

It has been extremely reliable for me. It costs a lot less than most competing options yet still includes pretty much every feature I would need. I honestly can't remember running into any issues with it, just sign in and connect to the system. I'd definitely recommend dualmon.

Cons

I can't come up with any real downside to the product. As mentioned, it consistently works the way I expect it to and I don't recall experiencing any downtime at all which only adds to how dependable it has been.

Cost-saving remote access tool

Pros

From the day we signed up, this tool has been a big asset to my company. It's helped lower our operating costs while still offering all the features you'd expect from the bigger providers. I plan to keep using this service for as long as I can.

Cons

Every now and then the Android app feels a bit slow and can be somewhat tricky to use.

Clean interface

Pros

After more than a year with it, it continues to stand out in all the right ways. Compared with other remote access tools we used before, this one is much simpler to work with, thanks to a clean interface and a setup process that's simple from the start. Day-to-day use feels effortless and the pricing is also very competitive so it delivers strong value without giving up reliability or useful features. It has been a dependable part of our workflow and switching to it was definitely the right call.

Cons

A small thing that could be better is the clarity of the toggles at the top of the viewer. Once you know what they do, they function just fine but clearer labels or more user-friendly icons would make the interface even more user-friendly especially for someone new to the platform.
