Overall the Social Media monitoring and engagement tool is great. I personally believe it to be very is easy to use and navigate. Plus the live chat support is excellent and the customer service we receive from K2C is also top notch.

Pros
Ross was great in helping us during the switch providing thorough training and the custom smart folders are a standout feature. The tool offers excellent insights and performance making it incredibly useful for our needs.
Cons
The filtering feature is a bit too complicated and does not always give us the results we are looking for.
