Pros

Once the software is properly set up, I find it very easy to use. We haven't experienced nearly as many issues with it as we have with other software deployed across our network which makes it my preferred solution.

Cons

Detailed metrics and information it collects can make the initial setup more time-consuming for each team but I see that level of detail as a benefit in the long run. My main frustration is that the cloud WFM system doesn't use the same LDAP credentials as Replay so keeping track of multiple accounts can become troublesome.
