Pros
Faveo Helpdesk is an excellent tool and the support team is very helpful too as they offer clear guidance to us when needed.
Cons
Not much to complain about. The features are promising but there is definitely room for future improvements. I am looking forward to seeing how it develops.

Pros
I have not been using it for long as we have had the license since 2022 but only went live in April 2025. There were some initial issues with Faveo but the support team was quick to respond. Also I like the Android app.
Cons
It is fine for now. I have not used it long enough to give a full assessment but as my experience grows, I will be able to provide a more accurate answer.

“Easy to use and helpful staff
Pros
Using the Service Desk is pretty convenient and Faveo's support team has been extremely helpful for us at every step of the way.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that there are only a few options available for end customers to log in (user login) on the portal.

Pros
The team really likes Faveo Helpdesk for its easy access and functionality and on top of that it helps users track the status of their tickets as mentioned in their personal reviews. Also the support team is always just an email away from resolving any issues of ours.
Cons
While it is generally easy to access and use, there are times when updating issues arise which frustrates me.

The ticketing system is working great and its usability for non-technical users is quite impressive to me.

“Feature-rich tool
Pros
It is really easy to use whether you are a regular user or an admin, and there are still lots of cool features I have not even explored yet.
Cons
Updating the version is not as simple as I expected asit requires expertise and support assistance. Plus we occasionally run into errors during LDAP synchronization.

“Works a bit slow and buggy
Pros
Faveo Helpdesk runs light without hogging system resources and it is a big relief not having to rely on custom plugins anymore.
Cons
The configuration process is complicated and I noticed the UI has bugs too. Also there are no advanced workflows or customization options and customer service tends to be slow.
