“Trusted customer feedback”
Pros
Collecting and managing customer feedback has been one of the biggest benefits for me. Reviews feel genuine and trustworthy, while the dashboard makes it easy to understand customer experiences and find what I need.
Cons
Some features can take me a little time to learn at first especially when I'm new to review management platforms. I also think the reporting section could be simplified a bit to make it easier for me to use.
