Pros
The hotkeys really speed things up for me. The snooze and send later features work perfectly and the ability to link conversations and pin documents in a thread is also pretty helpful.
Cons
I noticed the pricing has gotten a bit high and the options are limited, for instance the SLA feature could be more effective

Pros
Front software user interface is great and I love the AI features that help with advancement. Also the support team is simply amazing, the faster communication between service providers and customers is a major plus.
Cons
Well I have not come across anything too problematic. For me it handles the key challenges for both large and small businesses very well within its service scope.

Pros
This is the best customer service software I have used so far thanks to its AI-powered support and live assistance. The easy to understand graphics make it simple for anyone even non tech users to navigate. And the shared inbox and help desk features allow for smooth team collaboration, this enhances the overall experience and making it much easier to manage customer inquiries.
Cons
Through my experience I have not found anything negative about it though the premium version does require a higher payment. But honestly I do not see that as a drawback.

Pros
It brings all our communication such as emails, SMS, live chats, social media messages and more into one easy to use shared inbox which makes it simpler for us to manage everything in one place.
Cons
The platform has so many features that it can feel overwhelming at first. We have to spend quite some time on training to make the most out of everything.

I love that I can sync multiple inboxes into a single view, it made my tasks much easier to manage.
Cons
It relies a lot on complex rules to send different emails to different views, and the filters dont always work as expected, which can create problems with how the product works

Pros
Well I use it every day to collaborate with both colleagues and end users. I find the group distribution lists to be pretty convenient and I think its way better at managing remote inboxes than Outlook's delegation system.
Cons
I feel like the email organization system could be improved. Also using a folder structure instead of just tags would be more effective. just my humble opinion

“Pretty effective tool but not ideal while switching
Pros
This software felt fully integrated and allowed me to access all my communication channels in one inbox which has honestly saved me so much time.
Cons
It seems like its retention methods cause archived emails to remain open in our inbox if we switch to another platform which is not ideal.
