“Easy remote employee help”
Pros
What I like most about this tool is how easy it is to look into another employee's computer and help them with their needs. For me, this is great software for helping employees who live in different cities and work from home.
Cons
We have never had any issues with it and there is nothing about the software that we dislike. It is also very easy for me to use.
