“Automates invoice management”
Pros
It has taken over most of our AP and invoice management work which frees us up to spend time on the things that matter more. The platform feels very user-friendly and it includes features I haven't seen offered by other competitors.
Cons
I can't point to any downside. It does exactly what it promises and every new feature they've released has worked flawlessly for us.

Pros
Getting started with it was quick and simple and using it day to day has been just as simple. It also connects really well with QBO and NS which makes the whole process much more convenient.
Cons
Glean has now rolled out automated accruals which is an excellent addition since that feature was missing before.

“Convenient for vendor payments”
Pros
Routing approvals and paying vendors is very simple and it's especially helpful that vendors can add their own banking details themselves.
Cons
It would be better if there were a way to click through multiple invoices like moving to the previous or next invoice or skipping ones that aren't ready for approval yet.
