loved the seamless integration between gleen ai and zendesk

Pros

I love how seamlessly it integrates with ZenDesk. If customers need to be transferred to a human agent, the bot handles the transition smoothly with no endless AI loops for the customer.

Cons

The Zendesk integration broke because of some changes on their end, but the their team quickly identified and fixed the issue, which was great.

Lightning-fast turnaround for chatbot internal support

Pros

I genuinely appreciate how easy it is to create and train a chatbot. The playground feature is fantastic for exploring different responses.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. The setup was easy and it's been working smoothly since.

Amazing ai support

Pros

The support I have received is fantastic. Whenever we raised a concern or provided feedback, we usually get a response within the hour, if not within minutes. The bot itself isn't perfect, but as long as it's kept up to date with its sources, it responds quite accurately.

Cons

Honestly I don't have much feedback since I'm not expecting perfection. What I really appreciate, though, is the support from the their team. They're definitely a big reason I enjoy working with their platform.

Loved the quick responses

Pros

It really does a great job helping both potential buyers and existing customers. It answers product-related questions and acts as a virtual sales assistant for new buyers, while also handling first-line customer support for existing customers.

Cons

Initially we were missing some features that could help improve conversion and AOV (average order value). But we've been working closely with the Gleen team to add features like proactively nudging customers and showcasing related products, which has been great.

Excellent software for ecommerce

Pros

For ecommerce merchants, Gleen AI is a total game changer. It integrates really well with my ecommerce platform and the team understands how important performance and conversion are for my website.

Cons

Absolutely nothing! In fact we're rolling Gleen AI out to other websites we operate because we're so happy with it.

Helped my customers a lot

Pros

Gleen AI has made a huge difference! My clients can now easily search and ask questions, helping them navigate my website without any frustration. The more it's used, the better it gets. Highly recommend it.

Cons

So far there's been nothing I dislike. The tech team has been super helpful with any issues, and they resolve things quickly.

Outstanding customer support

Pros

A fantastic assistant

Pros

This is an awesome assistant for e-commerce. Setting it up is super easy- just provide a link to your store, and the bot will study all the available information and communicate effectively with customers. This has been a huge advantage.

Cons

At this point, I did not find any major drawbacks.

Gleen AI is the perfect partner for ecom merchants

Pros

The quality of responses from Gleen AI is outstanding. The Gleen team has also been incredibly responsive throughout the entire process- from documentation and pre-implementation to post-implementation support and performance monitoring. They've truly been a fantastic partner in helping us transform customer service with generative AI.

Cons

We'd love to use it to improve our website's conversion rates. So far it's been focused mainly on customer service, but improving conversion is a big priority for us, so we're excited that they're working on more features in that area.

Exceptional tool

Pros

This tool is extraordinary. It's incredibly accurate and thorough. We're honestly blown away by the quality of the responses. Even our customer service team has started modeling some of their own replies based on how Gleen AI responds!

Cons

I would love to see a more interactive dashboard and a longer lookback period for AI metrics. Our CS teams are really into metrics, and while we have some basic ones, it would be great to dig deeper and analyze the data in more detail.
