Best app for easy scheduling

Pros

everything!!! I absolutely love it here, this app is the best out there. It's even better than Square. Scheduling my clients is so easy now.

Cons

no cons so far, Love how clients can pay the transaction fee. The booking part is so easy and I just love how it works!

It is amazing! It helps me and my clients keep appointments organized and scheduled perfectly.

Cons

Clean interface with helpful features

Pros

I HAVE been using the app and what I like most about it is the interface. It's clean, interactive and super easy to use.

Cons

one great feature that's missing is the ability to share a calendar with another practitioner. this would let another practitioner carry out treatments during time slots when I don't have clients booked making better use of available time.

affordable all-in-one business tool

Pros

an all-in-one software that handles scheduling, payments, messaging, expense tracking and more, all at an affordable price. So convenient!

Cons

It allows me to schedule clients during my non-working hours which messes me up sometimes. I end up having to reach out to my clients to reschedule. this is not a good look for a business and I believe it should stop me from doing this. there is no point in having non-working hours if the app lets me schedule during them.

Helpful reports with solid value

Pros

Reports that track expenses and revenue are super helpful. The scheduling feature is good and the value is great too.

Cons

there are very limited social media templates to let customers know when hours change or new services are available. Also the service menu could use more details.

Simple booking with occasional glitches

Pros

Very easy to learn, user-friendly for both clients and myself. The built-in booking site is so convenient!

Cons

It often glitches when trying to load the calendar. Sometimes, it won't show appointments and I have to force close the app and reopen it several times to get it working.

quick scheduling with deposit control

Pros

Scheduling and deposits make life so much easier! It's easy for me and my clients to use and I can check requests before accepting them on the system.

Cons

I would like notifications to my phone for appointment requests, if that's possible. Other than that, no other negatives.

how easy it is to use is my favorite part! Clients find it easy too and our staff does as well. I also love how clients can use the buy-now-pay-later option.

Cons

handy calendar editing with ads

Pros

so handy to edit my calendar on the go instead of using my laptop. Plus it's super easy to remove people and re-add them manually.

Cons

Getting used to the software has been great but the ads that keep popping up when I open the app are kind of annoying. I find it frustrating to have to tick the cross each time.

Very helpful client tracking with easy bookings

Pros

Loveee the personalized online profile, the ease of use and the options to import data. I can also see how many times a client has visited and when their next appointment is. So helpful!

Cons

the booking diary is hard to read since it's so spread out. I wish it could be zoomed out for easier viewing of times. Also I wish I could merge client cards since I now have duplicates. a bit more personalization of the online booking system would be great too.

I appreciate the scheduling part of the it app. It makes it so handy for me and my customers to log into the app and schedule appointments.

Pros

The it booking system is really user-friendly. It has a much better layout compared to other systems I have tried, plus a free customized website that really helps clients when booking online!

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about the app. the pricing is fair and it's very user-friendly. I have not had any issues!

Pros

It was very easy to set up and clients have said they love managing their appointments and having the option to pay. The last system didn't include text messages so that's a nice addition.

Cons

not really a con but I couldn't find the option to import from Salon IQ so I had to manually import everything.

Feature-rich app but i faced booking glitches

Pros

there are a lot of features I didn't expect to find and they are all in the app rather than having to use the desktop version. The processing fees are great too.

Cons

It's glitchy. When I go to the help menu, it keeps the conversation going instead of letting me chat with AI assist. also, when someone starts booking, it blocks that availability for a lot longer than 10 minutes. They don't book but the time stays blocked for 30 minutes to an hour and this is making us lose money.

Color-coded booking for easy scheduling

Pros

easy scheduling and appointment management for clients who struggle with online booking. I also love the colour-coded services menu...it's perfect for more visual people like me!

Cons

I couldn't remove the payment option from messages to clients. Clients get confused because they don't know whether to pay online or not.

It's simple to use and feels like a very complete and accessible tool for both my clients and my business. Everything is smooth and the whole experience is just simple.

Cons

Pros

I like that customers can sign in and make their own appointments. Plus they can cancel if they need to which is super convenient.

Cons

cost is high especially for a monthly service. If you want longevity, I think the price should be lower.

great reminders !!

Pros

Great for automated text reminders! Customers can book themselves which is awesome. As a driving instructor, I can send automated texts to my students on the day of their test without having to remember it myself.

Cons

the calendar is messy. Also the only payment option is Stripe which is too expensive for a small business. I can work around it but when someone pays me, I can not show the payment on the calendar without going through Stripe. This makes it hard to remember who prepaid and who didn't.

Fast payments with helpful support

Pros

The built-in card payments are fantastic! Switching over was quick and easy. The customer service is impressive too, any email I've sent has been replied to so quickly with all my questions answered and issues fixed.

Cons

I'd like to have an invoice that consolidates the monthly payments received and card fees paid. this was available with my last booking system. Also using certain things in settings can be tricky like changing workdays to add holidays.
