how easy this website is... not only for me as a business owner but also from a client's perspective. It's super easy to use!
Cons
I wish it would automatically ask for a deposit once I put in the client's phone number but instead, I have to send a link after entering their phone number.

“Helpful deposits :)”
Pros
I like that I can take deposits without paying a monthly fee (although I signed up for Pro, haha). Before I could afford the Pro version, I was using this feature the most and it was super helpful.
Cons
before, we couldn't notate when we accepted cash payments but this has gotten better with the addition of that option.

Pros
What I admire most about it is that you can take deposits directly through the app and if you ever need to change appointment times, you can message customers on WhatsApp right from there.
Cons
When sending the deposit, it automatically selects text message. I'd prefer it to default to WhatsApp instead since most of my customers use that. But that's just a personal preference� I'll ask it if this can be changed.

Pros
I liked how user-friendly and organized it is. Scheduling, reminders and payments are all so simple...everything runs smoothly and saves me so much time with my clients.
Cons
I didn't dislike much but sometimes the app feels limited when it comes to personalizing things to fit my brand and the client experience.

I appreciate how easy it is to use compared to other platforms I've tried. Everything is super easy to change and I love how fast I can communicate with customer service.
Cons
It takes for payments to go into my bank account. I think it should give an option to transfer faster.

Pros
My website looks so professional now. I also love the product upsell after customers complete an appointment. It helps increase my sales and it looks clean and is easy for my clients to use.
Cons
can you add a rebook button after the appointment checkout is complete? It would make the booking process faster and improve the customer experience.

I recently joined it and my favorite part has been the support from the engineer. He made the whole process so much easier....he's professional, patient and nothing has been too much trouble. He imported everything for me and is even working on my gift cards. it is super user-friendly, great value for money and scheduling appointments is simple tool!
Cons
my least favorite thing is having to wait 2-3 working days for payments to be released but that's pretty minor.

The payment processing is super simple and the user interface is easy for both clients and business owners. I also like that it offers options for consent forms.
Cons
the calendar sync does not always work and has resulted in me being double-booked twice but I think I've figured out the issue on the backend.

Being able to accept deposits and payments for appointments directly through the app is amazing. Plus I love that I can customize my app to fit my needs.
