Easy bookings with helpful tools

Pros

it is the first system I have ever used to run my business and honestly, it has made my life so much easier. My clients can now book their own appointments which means no more back-and-forth messaging! It also helps me with marketing and reminder messages which is super important for me. The interface is so easy to use, both for me and my clients. Plus the fact that it lets me use Klarna is a huge bonus for my clients , they can spread out the cost but I still get all my money. And now with the new "schedule next appointment" button at checkout, it's even easier!

Cons

I don't like how long it takes to get payouts especially when I need to order hair extensions. It feels like a long wait at the start.

Clear and visual scheduling platform

Pros

I love how clear everything is from both a provider's and a customer's perspective. This was a huge concern for me because I am dyslexic so I need things to be very visual and easy to understand. it is exactly what I needed!

Cons

I struggled at first because I was not sure if I was doing everything correctly. I had to Google some things and I'd really appreciate a tutorial that goes into depth especially for beginners.

Simple reminders with minor limits

Pros

i really like how easy and quick it is to set up message reminders and I get notified when it's time to send them. Super helpful!

Cons

the fact that you can not add lunch breaks into the calendar is a bit annoying. Also it would be great if I could select a service to only be booked on certain days like "full groom Saturdays only"

Convenient booking but pricey plans

Pros

I enjoy having full control over my schedule and the ability for my customers to book their own appointments. It's so convenient.

Cons

advanced packages are pricey especially for the volume of appointments our business has. I'd love to see a Pro Limited option for businesses with limited volume but still want the benefits of Pro, like automatic messages and card payments.

nice setup and great value

I like the price! It's very affordable... I pay around $29 a month and I get access to all the features I need. Totally worth it.

Cons

sometimes there are minor bugs and glitches but honestly, every app has them. For example, the discount feature has a small issue where the dates are incorrect.

Client texting makes booking easier

Pros

Being able to text my clients through the app instead of using my personal number is a game-changer. the booking process is easy for both me and my clients which I really appreciate.

Cons

I wish I could send forms for my clients to fill out through text message along with their appointment confirmation, instead of having to customize a text or select collect deposits. I'd also like to run multiple promotions at once.

Automatic reminders keep everything organized

good features but slow support

Pros

it makes creating client profiles, booking appointments and checkout so simple. I also like the expenses feature and how customizable the website is. It makes everything more professional.

Cons

I don't like that all of it's customer support requires you to talk to a bot and then wait for an email 5�48 hours later. It would be better if I could just speak to a support rep on the phone. Also I think the payout article could have more detailed info.

easy transition with flexible payments

Color-coded scheduling that just works

Pros

This app is amazing!! The way it colour-codes certain services really helps with booking people in. It's also great for sending appointment reminders. Scheduling and adjusting appointments to fit my schedule is super easy and the payment process is reliable. Definitely great value for money! I would recommend this app 100% to business owners. Plus the privacy and security of appointments are really well protected.

Cons

I don't like that you can not use PayPal as a payment method. I think PayPal would be a great option alongside bank cards.

Powerful features with minor setup issues

Pros

Most of the setup was intuitive and easy. I really like the website and the added features like forms social media posts and follow-up texts are awesome. So far I think I'm really going to love this!

Cons

I had an issue setting up my Stripe connection and customer service was limited during the holidays so it took longer than it should have to resolve. Sometimes it's difficult to find the exact answer I am looking for. I also had an issue setting up my business hours. I figured out that I could do it in the app but it wouldn't save on the browser. These were mostly minor inconveniences though.

All-in-one tool for growing businesses

Pros

It does not take much time to learn, it's pretty easy to use. I love how it helps with everything when building a business, from messages to payments. I don't need multiple systems to manage my clientele which is a huge plus.

Cons

there is not much I don't love about it. The only thing I find tricky is that it's too easy to grab someone's existing appointment and move it without remembering where it was originally.

handy booking with costly fees

one of the main things I love about it is that my customers can book directly on my free website from it. It's so convenient!

Cons

the transaction fees could be more friendly. It's 3.5% to charge a card and another percentage to transfer to a bank. It would be nice if transfers to the bank were free.

Cons

one great feature that's missing is the ability to share a calendar with another practitioner. this would let another practitioner carry out treatments during time slots when I don't have clients booked making better use of available time.

affordable all-in-one business tool

an all-in-one software that handles scheduling, payments, messaging, expense tracking and more, all at an affordable price. So convenient!

Cons

It allows me to schedule clients during my non-working hours which messes me up sometimes. I end up having to reach out to my clients to reschedule. this is not a good look for a business and I believe it should stop me from doing this. there is no point in having non-working hours if the app lets me schedule during them.

so handy to edit my calendar on the go instead of using my laptop. Plus it's super easy to remove people and re-add them manually.

Cons

Very helpful client tracking with easy bookings

Pros

Loveee the personalized online profile, the ease of use and the options to import data. I can also see how many times a client has visited and when their next appointment is. So helpful!

Cons

the booking diary is hard to read since it's so spread out. I wish it could be zoomed out for easier viewing of times. Also I wish I could merge client cards since I now have duplicates. a bit more personalization of the online booking system would be great too.

It was very easy to set up and clients have said they love managing their appointments and having the option to pay. The last system didn't include text messages so that's a nice addition.

Cons

not really a con but I couldn't find the option to import from Salon IQ so I had to manually import everything.

Feature-rich app but i faced booking glitches

Pros

there are a lot of features I didn't expect to find and they are all in the app rather than having to use the desktop version. The processing fees are great too.

Cons

It's glitchy. When I go to the help menu, it keeps the conversation going instead of letting me chat with AI assist. also, when someone starts booking, it blocks that availability for a lot longer than 10 minutes. They don't book but the time stays blocked for 30 minutes to an hour and this is making us lose money.

Cons

Cons

great reminders !!

Pros

Great for automated text reminders! Customers can book themselves which is awesome. As a driving instructor, I can send automated texts to my students on the day of their test without having to remember it myself.

Cons

the calendar is messy. Also the only payment option is Stripe which is too expensive for a small business. I can work around it but when someone pays me, I can not show the payment on the calendar without going through Stripe. This makes it hard to remember who prepaid and who didn't.

Fast payments with helpful support

Pros

The built-in card payments are fantastic! Switching over was quick and easy. The customer service is impressive too, any email I've sent has been replied to so quickly with all my questions answered and issues fixed.

Cons

I'd like to have an invoice that consolidates the monthly payments received and card fees paid. this was available with my last booking system. Also using certain things in settings can be tricky like changing workdays to add holidays.

Helpful deposits :)

Pros

I like that I can take deposits without paying a monthly fee (although I signed up for Pro, haha). Before I could afford the Pro version, I was using this feature the most and it was super helpful.

Cons

before, we couldn't notate when we accepted cash payments but this has gotten better with the addition of that option.

easy deposits with WhatsApp messaging

Pros

What I admire most about it is that you can take deposits directly through the app and if you ever need to change appointment times, you can message customers on WhatsApp right from there.

Cons

When sending the deposit, it automatically selects text message. I'd prefer it to default to WhatsApp instead since most of my customers use that. But that's just a personal preference� I'll ask it if this can be changed.

awsome support and simple setup

Pros

I recently joined it and my favorite part has been the support from the engineer. He made the whole process so much easier....he's professional, patient and nothing has been too much trouble. He imported everything for me and is even working on my gift cards. it is super user-friendly, great value for money and scheduling appointments is simple tool!

Cons

my least favorite thing is having to wait 2-3 working days for payments to be released but that's pretty minor.

Pros

The payment processing is super simple and the user interface is easy for both clients and business owners. I also like that it offers options for consent forms.
