Easy bookings with helpful tools

Pros

it is the first system I have ever used to run my business and honestly, it has made my life so much easier. My clients can now book their own appointments which means no more back-and-forth messaging! It also helps me with marketing and reminder messages which is super important for me. The interface is so easy to use, both for me and my clients. Plus the fact that it lets me use Klarna is a huge bonus for my clients , they can spread out the cost but I still get all my money. And now with the new "schedule next appointment" button at checkout, it's even easier!

Cons

I don't like how long it takes to get payouts especially when I need to order hair extensions. It feels like a long wait at the start.

Clear and visual scheduling platform

Pros

I love how clear everything is from both a provider's and a customer's perspective. This was a huge concern for me because I am dyslexic so I need things to be very visual and easy to understand. it is exactly what I needed!

Cons

I struggled at first because I was not sure if I was doing everything correctly. I had to Google some things and I'd really appreciate a tutorial that goes into depth especially for beginners.

Simple reminders with minor limits

Pros

i really like how easy and quick it is to set up message reminders and I get notified when it's time to send them. Super helpful!

Cons

the fact that you can not add lunch breaks into the calendar is a bit annoying. Also it would be great if I could select a service to only be booked on certain days like "full groom Saturdays only"

Convenient booking but pricey plans

Pros

I enjoy having full control over my schedule and the ability for my customers to book their own appointments. It's so convenient.

Cons

advanced packages are pricey especially for the volume of appointments our business has. I'd love to see a Pro Limited option for businesses with limited volume but still want the benefits of Pro, like automatic messages and card payments.

nice setup and great value

Pros

Convenience is key for me and it is super easy to set up , literally took me a day. It's also super user-friendly for my customers and the price is great.

Cons

theming could be improved. Other than that, it is a great app that I'd definitely recommend to others.

affordable app with great features

Pros

I like the price! It's very affordable... I pay around $29 a month and I get access to all the features I need. Totally worth it.

Cons

sometimes there are minor bugs and glitches but honestly, every app has them. For example, the discount feature has a small issue where the dates are incorrect.

Pros

Super easy to use, the app layout is great and I love that it looks like a personalized website for my clients. It makes everything feel very professional.

Cons

Client texting makes booking easier

Pros

Being able to text my clients through the app instead of using my personal number is a game-changer. the booking process is easy for both me and my clients which I really appreciate.

Cons

I wish I could send forms for my clients to fill out through text message along with their appointment confirmation, instead of having to customize a text or select collect deposits. I'd also like to run multiple promotions at once.

Automatic reminders keep everything organized

Pros

As a solo tax preparation business, I absolutely love the automatic reminders! Plus I have my schedule on all my devices so I can access it no matter where I am!

good features but slow support

Pros

it makes creating client profiles, booking appointments and checkout so simple. I also like the expenses feature and how customizable the website is. It makes everything more professional.

Cons

I don't like that all of it's customer support requires you to talk to a bot and then wait for an email 5�48 hours later. It would be better if I could just speak to a support rep on the phone. Also I think the payout article could have more detailed info.

easy transition with flexible payments

Pros

It was quick and an effortless transition from my old software. the multiple payment options are great for offering clients more choices. I could easily edit all the automated client messages and that will definitely help me a lot in my business.

Cons

Color-coded scheduling that just works

Pros

This app is amazing!! The way it colour-codes certain services really helps with booking people in. It's also great for sending appointment reminders. Scheduling and adjusting appointments to fit my schedule is super easy and the payment process is reliable. Definitely great value for money! I would recommend this app 100% to business owners. Plus the privacy and security of appointments are really well protected.

Cons

I don't like that you can not use PayPal as a payment method. I think PayPal would be a great option alongside bank cards.

I love the look and how easy it is to use. It's simple to edit and looks super professional which is a big plus for my business.

Cons

Maybe more free themes could be a good idea. Some of the free themes are a little basic and it would be nice to have a few more options to choose from.

Powerful features with minor setup issues

Pros

Most of the setup was intuitive and easy. I really like the website and the added features like forms social media posts and follow-up texts are awesome. So far I think I'm really going to love this!

Cons

I had an issue setting up my Stripe connection and customer service was limited during the holidays so it took longer than it should have to resolve. Sometimes it's difficult to find the exact answer I am looking for. I also had an issue setting up my business hours. I figured out that I could do it in the app but it wouldn't save on the browser. These were mostly minor inconveniences though.

All-in-one tool for growing businesses

Pros

It does not take much time to learn, it's pretty easy to use. I love how it helps with everything when building a business, from messages to payments. I don't need multiple systems to manage my clientele which is a huge plus.

Cons

there is not much I don't love about it. The only thing I find tricky is that it's too easy to grab someone's existing appointment and move it without remembering where it was originally.

this program was easy to learn, secure and a pretty good value. It's got great features like easy appointment scheduling and client reminders. Definitely worth it.

Pros

one of the main things I love about it is that my customers can book directly on my free website from it. It's so convenient!

Cons

the transaction fees could be more friendly. It's 3.5% to charge a card and another percentage to transfer to a bank. It would be nice if transfers to the bank were free.
