Its pretty good product for its price

Pros

The setup was quick and affordable, allowing us to efficiently delegate tasks across our customer service team.

Cons

It's not possible to create folders and simply drag and drop tickets into them. And you need to set up rules for tickets to automatically move into the folders you create.

Pros

Having all customer inquiries in one place is really a huge benefit. The statistics tool helps monitor support ratings, review tickets and workload. Also the automation and customer help desk features can be tailored to suit your needs. I highly recommend this platform for any e-commerce business.

Cons

The platform's automation features can be a bit tricky to modify if you don't have prior training or experience.

Good idea but poor support and organization

Pros

The system is simple to use and set up, making the implementation process smooth.

Cons

While the platform has potential, it often feels unfinished, with many features not working properly on Bigcommerce sites. It's full of bugs and inconsistencies. The system is mainly designed for Shopify, and this should be made clearer upfront. If you're using BigCommerce, many of the automated features won't work.

Gorgias will transform the way you work especially if you use Shopify. It's quick to set up, integrates seamlessly with Shopify, and our customer teams are extremely grateful for it!

Cons

Support is primarily in English, which may be challenging for non-English speakers.

It provides everything we liked about Freshdesk, but with better integration with Klaviyo and Shopify, giving us a more comprehensive view of our customers.

Cons

I initially had difficulty getting a Klaviyo form to sync with Gorgias, but their support team was excellent and helped resolve the issue.

Cons

Pros

As a Freshchat user, I found Gorgias' UI to be the easiest to grasp. The unified dashboard gives me a complete view of all support conversations across channels like email, chat, voice, SMS, and social media. I can easily view and manage Shopify orders and access full customer context, allowing me to reply to queries immediately.

Cons

I haven't found any cons so far. The setup was quick, and the in-app tutorial helped me get familiar with all the features quickly.
