Pros

The team is really good and I especially like the conversion like solution they offer.

Cons

Should focus on whatsapp marketing

Pros

They support multiple industries and have great conversion tools. I like it a lot!

Cons

They focus more on SMS marketing than Whatsapp marketing, which is like the need of the hour.

Great tool for WhatsApp marketing

Pros

Journey management is super easy to understand and makes it simple for anyone to create their own journeys. They provide Whatsapp template management, campaign tracking and other useful features for our work.

Cons

The journey management tool feels a bit clunky. There are separate logins for the console, which includes the journeys and the templates.

Terrible after-sales support, and the pricing isn't justified for SMEs

Pros

The product keeps improving every now and then. That is the best thing about it. The sales team is quick and responsive. It's a really reliable product with almost zero downtime and the onboarding process is fantastic.

Cons

It is one of the worst after sales support experiences I've ever had. Queries take days, not even hours, to be answered. No one takes accountability and the billing or whatever accounts team is very inefficient. Even a simple query can take a week to resolve. I had to exchange several emails, and they kept asking silly questions, which made the process even slower.

Excellent Whatsapp marketing software and an outstanding customer success manager

Pros

Benefits of choosing Gupshup include exceptional WhatsApp and SMS marketing tools, a user-friendly platform, detailed analytics and reporting, prompt customer support, and personalized guidance from Stuti Dubey.

Cons

I think It would be great if they could offer visibility on meta tagging in future versions. Also, reports could be more useful if they came in the form of a dashboard rather than just a CSV file.

Decent product

Pros

It's low-cost and the UI is pleasant. The customer support team responds but they're really slow.

Cons

The WhatsApp channel integration with Meta doesn't work well. I needed support from both Gupshup and Meta to complete the migration and onboarding. The WhatsApp UI is nice, but the ux is not very easy and frustrating. Campaign creation, sending and follow-up have many hurdles and don't work smoothly. Customer support is available but slow to respond.

quotation process is inefficient, requires multiple follow-ups

Pros

API integration is easy and that's about the only benefit.

Cons

Sales team is reallyyy bad. The quotation process is inefficient and I have to follow up multiple times. Also the price increased suddenly without any prior notice.

It has the WhatsApp API and can be integrated with any marketing tool

Pros

It's super easy to use and the user interface is really simple to understand. It lets you send Whatsapp, SMS and email campaigns from one place. Customer engagement is much easier with their conversational messaging.

Cons

It would be better if they added insights like user behavior, blocks and reports.. And there is no proper dashboard to manage the list of audience members.
