“Misleading sales pitch and weak integrations”
Pros
The Yelp integration is decent and can be useful for covering after-hours questions when you do not have enough staff available.
Cons
Right after a sales call, I signed up for Hatch based on a version of the platform that turned out to be very different from what was actually delivered. Just a few days later and after only one 10-minute onboarding call, I brought up serious concerns because the product did not match what I had been promised. I made it clear that I wanted to cancel and did not want to move forward. The product also lacks even the most basic integrations and for most customers it will likely create more work instead of saving time.

“Total waste of money”
Pros
There's nothing positive I can say about it. It felt like a massive waste of money and I really can't emphasize enough that anyone looking for real value should stay away from this product.
Cons
Stay away from this product. It doesn't help increase sit rates, the AI is poor and the company doesn't stand behind what they're selling.

“Simple to text clients”
Pros
Texting and calling clients is very simple and the automated campaigns are simple to set up and manage. Once a campaign is built, the system pretty much runs itself by deciding which clients should be added and when they should be contacted based on the rules you set. It's really useful being able to handle texts, emails, calls and VCM drops all in one place.
Cons
A proper file system for older campaigns is missing. Right now, the only options are to delete or archive them and there isn't a way to archive at the user level.

“Unfinished product”
Pros
It has a clean interface and the idea behind it is solid, automating follow-ups through text, email and voicemail would have been very useful if it actually worked the way it should.
Cons
Our biggest frustration with it was how unreliable the integrations and support were. Support took too long to respond and usually didn't offer clear answers. The overall experience felt more like beta testing than using a finished, polished product.

“Costly service with no exit”
Pros
At first, it seemed like this would be a different kind of solution that might actually work, especially because of the unique approach, persuasive messaging and the way they kept following up through multiple channels.
Cons
The rollout took too long and the response from customers was negative overall, with quite a few of them ending up frustrated or angry. On top of that, the training and guidance were weak, especially when it came to adjusting the settings to create a better customer experience. The price is also very high and being stuck in the contract without a way out makes it even worse.

“Broken integrations”
Pros
They offered an integration with ServiceTitan.
Cons
Several of the other integrations didn't actually work and they were unable to get them fixed. On top of that, the chatbot took a long time to set up and ended up giving my leads the wrong information.

“Convenient layout for bulk messaging”
Pros
Being able to send marketing messages to a large number of customers all at once is something I really appreciate. The overall layout is simple to follow so it doesn't take much effort to understand how everything works.
Cons
The updated switchboard hasn't been my favorite part since it comes with a bit of a learning curve. There are also times when message sending feels delayed.

“Rude sales rep”
Pros
There wasn't anything about it that worked for me. It basically handled the same tasks we already do with Service Titan so paying $900 a month felt completely unnecessary.
Cons
The sales call was the worst part. I told my sales rep our company didn't really need it, he called me combative. He also said I was a waste of a meeting. The entire conversation felt rude and condescending and he talked down to me the whole time. I'd definitely stay away from this company.

“Disappointing experience”
Pros
The concept behind it sounded appealing and the idea itself was really the only part that stood out to me.
Cons
Once we started using it, the platform didn't perform the way we expected. Support from the account manager was minimal and after being locked into a one-year contract, it felt like we were left to deal with every issue on our own.

“Terrible customer service”
Pros
Management seems reluctant to get on the phone and they don't appear to approach things with the client's needs as a priority.
Cons
Customer service was terrible. They avoid direct communication, charge your card upfront and don't seem interested in building a long-term relationship, just in keeping the monthly charges coming.

“User-friendly interface”
Pros
The interface feels very user-friendly and it does a really good job of keeping everything organized.
Cons
Getting information or data out of the app to connect with the other programs in my tech stack was difficult. With more complete integrations, it could be even better.

“Confusing dashboard and messy CRM sync”
Pros
It helped me send a large number of text messages to both new and existing customers.
Cons
The problem was that it didn't sync properly with the CRM data. Messages were going out to old customers as if I had never sold to them before. The dashboard was very confusing and keeping up with customer replies was difficult. Even when I personally responded to customers, the system would still send another text. At first, the response rate looked promising but it dropped off pretty quickly after that.

“Better customer outreach options”
Pros
being able to reach customers in more ways than just phone calls is very useful. Having email and text messaging available now makes communication much more convenient.
Cons
Every now and then, the database has issues and the entire site can crash. The good part is that the support team responds quickly and is always very helpful to work with.

“Faster customer follow-up”
Pros
One of the best parts of using it is how much faster I can connect with customers through email, phone calls and text messages. It also lets me organize conversations into categories and move them along based on the next step, whether that's closing the sale, following up later or wrapping up the project.
Cons
I can't think of anything I dislike about it.

“A game changer for outreach”
Pros
It has completely changed the way we connect with customers. It lets us reach far more people quickly and efficiently which has made a big difference for our business. We still rely on phone calls but having those additional touchpoints for following up with potential customers and confirming appointments with existing ones has been incredibly valuable. On top of that, their customer service has been fantastic.
Cons
There's honestly very little to complain about. The only downside was working through the normal trial-and-error phase to fine-tune everything so it matched exactly what we needed.

“Simple setup”
Pros
I appreciate how simple it is to set up and then largely leave it running. The software makes it simple to customize exactly how you want to reach out to customers and keep communication going consistently.
Cons
Getting audiences and campaigns configured properly can be time-consuming. The templates also don't always fit our needs so we end up building things from scratch most of the time.
