A powerful chatbot at a reasonable cost

Pros

It's affordable and customer service was excellent. They answered all my questions within 24 hours, even though I was only on a free trial.

Cons

As someone with no tech background, it took me two days to implement the code on my website. This is more about me than the software- it's really plug-and-play, I just struggle with tech.

Affordable, integrated solution ideal for small businesses

Pros

HelpCrunch is a great integrated solution for SMBs. It's so easy to deploy and manage, without complicated ticketing systems or enterprise only features. The knowledge base and chat are integrated into one solution, and the default design is modern and nice, with minimal customization needed (compared to other platforms like Freshdesk). Full KB/chat customization is included, unlike Freshdesk, which charges extra.

Cons

Support could be faster. During busy days, you may have to wait a few hours for a response but when you do get help, it's professional and resolves the issue.

solving our business challenges efficiently

Pros

I love the multilingual feature, language can be changed directly in real time within the app, which was one of the key reasons we chose this service. The ability to customize the CSS via the admin panel makes the widget incredibly flexible and the real-time support communication is fantastic. I always get answers within 10 minutes and they work to resolve any issues quickly.

Cons

Not really a con, but I would love to see official support for React Native.
