“chat solution that fulfills all our needs so far
Pros
I really appreciate how it brings together our support requests from emails, messengers and the website in one online chat platform. It also automatically tags prospects and assigns chats to the right agents through rules and the marketing features, like proactive chats and emails, really help us engage website traffic and send seasonal promotions, all while keeping data organized in one system.
Cons
The only downside is that we need to pay extra for the AI Editor.

Pros
I love the native design, the easy-to-organize Knowledge Base for clients (no technical skills needed) and the ability to add not only text but also video for each instruction. Plus, the online support team is always available to help with any questions.
Cons
No problems have come up so far but I should mention that we don't use the full functionality of the product.

HelpCrunch works extremely well for small SaaS companies like ours. We use it as a single customer communication tool that integrates the chat on our website, chatbot, and help center. My favorite feature is the AI assistant, which saves us hours in writing help center content, also it can generate an entire article in just a few clicks. Another great perk is that email and automated messages are included in our plan, which helps with transactional emails and onboarding.
Cons
Not really a dislike but the reports on email campaigns could be improved. The analytics are a bit hard to navigate and some metrics require hovering over options, which isn't always convenient.

What stands out with HelpCrunch is its fantastic support for large teams. Collaboration tools, private notes, saved replies and macros are incredibly helpful. The ability to customize the live chat appearance is far superior to what Intercom offers. It's easy to use, with a clean design that avoids unnecessary complexity. Navigation is smooth with chats clearly categorized.
Cons
Sometimes the live chat loads slowly in certain locations but their customer success team is aware of this and is working on optimizing chat speed.
