“An old user and a happy one
Pros
Hiver has really made a difference in how we work together. The integration with Google Workspace is seamless and the shared labels and mailboxes make it easy for our team to find emails based on our workflow setup. The analytics for shared mailboxes give us useful insights, which help us optimize our processes and improve accountability across the company. We have been using Hiver for 6 to 7 years and we're really happy with it. Whenever we have issues, their support is available timely and they never brush off our concerns. Every employee in our company uses Hiver.
Cons
Usually, it's pretty easy to find things to complain about with any app but with Hiver, I honestly can't think of anything that really bothers me with how we use it.

Pros
It is a great email management tool for handling emails and distributing work among team members. Plus it makes tracking work and performance very easy. The filter feature helps us compare team performance, and it's great that you can add people to a group so they can help others. For example, if an email is sent to a specific address, it's visible to all team members.
Cons
I have had tickets assigned to me but sometimes someone on my team will close them without asking me first. That should not happen, unless it's a team lead or manager. Once I assign it to someone, it should stay open until they are done.

Pros
Not only is it easy to use but super fast and keeps track of all the history, which is awesome. The analytics are great too as they help me check on individual performance over any time period. I have been using it for almost 8 months now, and I am pretty satisfied with the whole experience.
Cons
Sometimes, it takes a bit longer to log in to Hiver than I'd like.

I've been using Hiver for over a year and the best thing is that it does not slow down your Gmail experience. The tagging and email assignments also works great for organizing issues.
Cons
Well I haven't found any issues with the product or support so far, but I do think the pricing could be a bit more competitive.

I love how well Hiver helps us organize emails. Plus it makes it easy to clean out our inboxes as we respond, keeping everything neat and tidy.
Cons
So far, I haven't had many complaints, but sometimes finding a new email in a thread can be tricky. It would be better if it just appeared at the top, so you can scroll down to the oldest emails easily.

“I am a new user and still exploring it!!
Pros
I really like that emails can be added to a shared mailbox so everyone on the team can see them. It makes onboarding new team members a lot easier as they can instantly see all the email history. We no longer need to save emails for archiving, since they are automatically filed and accessible with attachments. One thing I didn't like before was having to reattach attachments when forwarding emails, but now everything is right there in the shared inbox. The automations are also great for routing emails and tagging them for metrics, which helps a lot since a lot of our emails are routine. The best part is that it integrates into Gmail, so I do not have to worry about another login or extra emails. Having everything in one place was a major selling point for me.
Cons
The most difficult part of using Hiver is our internal training. It is been tough getting everyone to use it the way we want. It works great in theory but getting the whole team on board has been a challenge. I also wish there were more bulk features like bulk tagging, bulk status updates and bulk tag adding. But honestly, your support team has been amazing through it all!

Co-managing a shared inbox and being able to delegate and triage emails to our team members is very simple and really useful.
Cons
Well CSAT responses do not load consistently for me, and I have had to refresh my browser a few times. It seems like this is more of an issue for me than for my teammates, though.

The full Gmail integration is simply superb. I love that I can use a single Gmail session to keep up with both day-to-day business emails and support requests assigned to Hiver users. It is so convenient not having to juggle multiple windows or mailboxes. Plus the ease of use is definitely a big plus. What stands out the most, though is the support team. I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone at Hiver. They really listen to your concerns and work quickly to resolve any issues. They even discuss new feature suggestions in detail and, if they are feasible and useful, they'll implement them. It is been a great experience all around!
Cons
A small issue is that if you delete a single message from a conversation in the Hiver mailbox, it deletes the whole conversation and removes it from the mailbox when you empty the bin. This is only the case when deleting a single message but new users should definitely be trained not to do that. Thankfully, the delete button at the conversation level is different and it gives a warning before you press it.

Hiver installation process was quite quick and their customer service is top notch. They are always available to help and solve problems quickly, which is essential since Gmail is our main tool.
Cons
