“Can track activity”
Pros
When it comes to planning and scheduling, it has been the best option for me. Being able to track activity and manage multiple accounts from one place is a huge advantage so it's definitely a yes from me!
Cons
From the learning phase up to now, everything has gone well overall. The only thing is that the analytics can feel a bit limited unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

“All-in-one social management tool”
Pros
Having scheduling social listening and analytics all in one place makes it really practical for a team like ours at IME Hidraulica. It helps non-marketing staff share project updates and keep an eye on industry mentions without bouncing between multiple apps. The customization features are useful and the AI content tools add extra value especially at a mid-tier price point that works well for smaller creative teams.
Cons
Costs can climb pretty quickly once you start adding extras or need more users. On top of that, bugs in streams or integrations can interrupt the workflow. Support feels inconsistent and more complicated account changes can take a while to sort out. When activity is high, the dashboard can also start to feel overloaded.

“Helpful calendar view”
Pros
Managing multiple social media accounts in one place was really useful. Being able to schedule posts ahead of time and preview them before publishing made the workflow much more reliable. The calendar view was also a big help for staying organized and planning content clearly.
Cons
The biggest downside was pricing for our organization. The nonprofit discount didn't apply to schools so we eventually moved to another platform that was a better fit financially.

“Connects with TikTok and Threads”
Pros
Using it feels very simple and it's one of the rare platforms that lets you connect both TikTok and Threads. The built-in basic social listening is also a really nice addition.
Cons
Something still missing is access to TikTok and Meta sounds or songs which is a very important feature. If Hootsuite added that, it would be perfect.

“Good value with helpful support”
Pros
Between the pricing, responsive support and simple setup, this product delivers a lot for the cost. The marketing content is clear and actually useful and while the platform does run into occasional bugs, the broad customization options make it easier to shape the experience around your needs. Overall, it feels like a dependable and worthwhile choice.
Cons
At times, the interface feels a bit crowded and important tools like analytics and team collaboration only come with the more expensive plans. On top of that, the occasional glitches and the limited ability to customize posts across different platforms can make things frustrating.

“unreliable delivery”
Pros
Posting to multiple platforms from one place was really useful. It was also nice being able to adjust the wording for each individual channel without much hassle. Scheduling posts was another feature I appreciated.
Cons
A recurring problem was that some posts wouldn't publish and I wouldn't get any alert letting me know so they were easy to miss. It also seemed to disconnect from social platforms fairly often which was frustrating.

“Pricey and disappointing setup”
Pros
Honestly there wasn't much that stood out in a good way. There's no free version, it asks for a card just to test it and I even ran into bugs when trying to connect a LinkedIn page.
Cons
Almost everything about it felt pretty underwhelming and the pricing is easily the biggest issue. It's frustrating that there's no free plan and paying that much just for post scheduling feels really disappointing.

“Great for digital marketing”
Pros
There are a lot of benefits especially for anyone working with digital marketing, personal branding or content management.
Cons
The price is quite high so it's better suited to medium-sized or large companies. The platform can also feel a bit confusing at first for someone who has never used it before.

“Costly software”
Pros
I picked it based on the strong reviews but once my team and I started using it, we ended up pretty disappointed with how it performed.
Cons
We ran into errors while publishing posts and the interface was confusing and not very user-friendly to navigate. On top of that, the pricing felt very high for what it delivered.

“Easy access to marketing content”
Pros
Having access to a list of company-approved marketing content and being able to schedule it for my social channels makes sharing things much more convenient.
Cons
It's not really an issue but the app has a lot happening in it. I'm sure there are features and tools I still haven't fully used.

“Single dashboard to manage everything”
Pros
Managing our foundation's Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts is much simpler with it because everything sits in a single dashboard. Being able to plan posts ahead of time and monitor engagement without bouncing between different platforms has been a big plus.
Cons
Every now and then, the post previews don't match exactly how the content appears once it's published so I've gotten into the habit of double-checking the formatting before I schedule anything.

“Convenient for handling social media accounts”
Pros
It's really convenient for handling and scheduling all of my clients' social media accounts and being able to manage several accounts at once is a big plus. I also appreciate having all the comments centralized in one place which makes things much more organized than Go-Check.
Cons
I genuinely like using it but to make the cost worthwhile, I need to be running multiple orders at the same time. Hootsuite definitely saves time and makes content planning easier but the pricing is still a real downside.

“Allows me to schedule posts”
Pros
I appreciated being able to schedule social media posts across multiple platforms.

“Timesaving automation features”
Pros
Managing multiple social media accounts from one dashboard was a big plus with it. Scheduling posts felt simple, the automation features saved me a lot of time and the analytics gave me a clear view of what was actually performing well.
Cons
The biggest downside was the cost which felt pretty steep for a small business or non-profit. The free plan was fairly limited and a lot of the more advanced tools were locked behind the higher-priced plans.

“Cuts down on time and effort”
Pros
Getting started with it was simple and it connects well with all the major social media platforms. It cuts down a lot of time and effort by letting me schedule posts in an organized way and automatically publish them on the exact date and time I set. It's also useful for monitoring the engagement performance of all the linked social media posts.
Cons
While the pricing makes sense for enterprises or larger teams, it can feel a little expensive for individual freelancers who handle social media accounts for clients.

“Impressive analytics”
Pros
Managing social media with it has been a good experience. The analytics it provides around the work are really useful and the team collaboration feature is another strong point.
Cons
The pricing feels a bit high considering how many alternatives are out there. There are also times when automatic posts fail on certain channels and it still needs to expand its feature set to keep up with similar apps on the market.
