“Glad with our decision”
Pros
Adopting it has honestly been one of the best moves our company has made. We were a bit late bringing it on board but now that we're using it, I'm completely sold. It's very user-friendly to work in and delivers a lot of value for the money.
Cons
At first there was a short learning curve and it took me a little time to fully get comfortable with the CRM. Once I got the hang of it though, it became incredibly useful in my day-to-day work.

“Hubspot powers our growth”
Pros
Running efficient day-to-day operations matters a lot to us and it has been outstanding in helping make that happen. As a small business, we rely on it to support our marketing campaigns, website CTAs and CRM so everything is connected in one place instead of being spread across different tools. Putting the effort in upfront to set it up the right way has made a massive difference, it honestly feels like we've added two extra team members. The newer features they've rolled out have also been a really welcome addition and keep making the platform even better.
Cons
Honestly it's hard to come up with anything negative to say. I still recommend it to other business owners all the time and it really feels like we've fully maximized what the platform can deliver for us.

“Useful email add-on”
Pros
I really value the email add-on especially because it lets you add email contacts straight into the CRM and keep tabs on opens and ongoing communication.
Cons
Scaling with the platform is still very expensive, particularly for a small business so it feels like long-term use will be limited since moving up to the next tier may not be affordable.

“Visually appealing platform”
Pros
Having sales, marketing and customer service all connected in one clean, visually appealing platform makes HubSpot really enjoyable to use day to day. The layout is user-friendly so it's simple to move around and get work done without feeling lost. It's especially strong when it comes to contact management and it does an excellent job of helping track and manage leads through every stage of the sales cycle. On top of that, the HubSpot team offers very helpful resources and strong customer support for paid users.
Cons
The price is high especially for larger organizations. If your company has a large contact database or needs more customized automation, pricing can climb pretty quickly. It's a very solid fit for small to midsize businesses but at the enterprise level, when you're dealing with thousands of contacts or clients, it can become fairly expensive.

“Diverse set of features”
Pros
From handling sales work to admin tasks, this platform has been incredibly useful. It comes with strong features that help keep everything on track and overall it's a very dependable CRM.
Cons
One thing that does get frustrating is how company records can end up duplicated which makes things feel pretty messy at times. I honestly wish there were a simpler way to organize everything or clean those duplicates up because aside from that the system itself feels flawless.

“Laid out clearly”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels simple, clean and user-friendly. Everything is designed so that even beginners can quickly understand the features without feeling lost. The tools are laid out in a logical way which makes getting started fast and simple.
Cons
I don't have any negative feedback. It's a very solid tool for managing customers and sales and it's both user-friendly.

“Meets our expectations”
Pros
It does exactly what we need from a CRM and handles that role really well. On top of that, we also rely on it to build our Knowledge Base, with articles that are integrated into our platform and to run HubSpot Help Desk as our client support ticketing system for project-related assistance.
Cons
Getting around the website isn't always very user-friendly and some tabs or tools can be harder to locate than they should be. We've also had times when the email templates suddenly disappear.

“Ability to create custom properties”
Pros
The ability to create custom properties and show them directly inside contact records is brilliant. The records themselves aren't completely customizable but having options like this made a big difference for our team. That kind of flexibility is something I really value in a CRM and it helped the system feel much more adaptable to the way we manage contacts.
Cons
Actually it can feel like far more system than you actually need if you don't have a bigger team, multiple departments and several pipelines running at once. In our case, I ended up trying to make use of features we didn't truly need just to justify the investment. It's also an expensive platform with a modular setup so if you want one capability inside the CRM, you often have to pay for access to something else. If your goal is to keep your business lean from a tech standpoint, HubSpot CRM probably isn't the right fit.

“One place for all contacts”
Pros
Having every company and contact stored in one searchable place makes day-to-day work much more organized. The data fields also help make emails feel personal and tailored to each contact instead of generic. It works really well for teams too especially for avoiding double booking or multiple people replying to the same inquiry.
Cons
It is definitely expensive although the features do make the price feel justified. One way to help manage the cost is by limiting each manager's access based on what they actually need.

“Keeps the team aligned”
Pros
Using it has been a really positive experience because everything is laid out in a clear, simple way. From handling leads to monitoring sales activity, it's all simple to follow without any unnecessary messing around. One of the best parts is how well it keeps the whole team aligned, everyone has visibility into what's going on with clients which cuts down a lot on back-and-forth emails and messages. The interface feels clean, user-friendly and logical so it's much easier to work with on a daily basis.
Cons
The only downside for me isn't really an issue with HubSpot itself but more that some of the other tools we use still aren't fully integrated with it. Because of that, there's a bit of duplicate work now and then until those connections are properly in place. Aside from that, HubSpot itself runs very well.

“Makes lead generation simple”
Pros
The platform makes lead generation much simpler and helps build a strong sales process. It has also improved customer support and overall customer engagement.
Cons
Getting the hang of it can take a little time especially if you're not a quick learner and the interface occasionally lags which makes navigation harder than it should be.

“Manages everything for me”
Pros
It is a user-friendly CRM that I've used in several different roles and it has worked well every time. It can manage everything from basic tasks to more advanced, large-scale funnel setups.
Cons
The lower-priced version keeps things very simple but once you upgrade and add more tools, it really turns into a top-tier CRM.

“unhealthy pricing tactics”
Pros
Setting up the CRM is fairly simple and it comes packed with a broad feature set. Deal pipeline management is especially strong and the platform supports teamwork well with dashboards that can be customized to fit different needs.
Cons
It may have started with a compelling value proposition but over time it has turned into a case study in aggressive upselling and unhealthy pricing tactics. We put significant time into implementing the platform, only to be repeatedly nudged toward upgrades for features we neither need nor use. The breaking point was a seat management problem that feels totally unacceptable for a modern SaaS product in 2026. After making changes to some users on our plan, we were automatically bumped into a higher seat tier. When we asked to go back to 6 seats which is exactly the number we need for our 6 sales reps, our CSM told us in writing that it could not be done. The reason was that our contract lets us add seats but not reduce them until the contract ends in late 2027. Forcing customers to pay for unused seats for years is not customer success, it is customer captivity. That kind of rigid, one-sided pricing model feels outdated. We recently tried Attio and came away realizing we do not need half of HubSpot's bloated feature set that we are paying for anyway. Simpler tools with clearer pricing are catching up quickly. In the end, HubSpot starts out looking like a strong value, then monetizes through relentless upsells and inflexible contracts that trap customers. After going through this, I even sold my HubSpot shares. I do not see this sales culture being ROI-positive over the long term. Really disappointing to watch a once-promising product evolve this way.
