Pros

If you need chatbots, this feels like one of the best options out there. You don't need any software development skills to get started and even if you do have technical knowledge, it still saves a lot of time by offering a ready-made and efficient solution. It also connects with several services which makes it possible to add even more functionality.

Cons

I haven't come across any downsides yet. Up to this point, everything has worked exactly as expected.

What stood out most to us was the concept behind it, being able to build an AI that can handle multiple conversations on our behalf.

Cons

Since the platform comes with a lot of features, it took some time to understand how to put everything into practice. Still, the manual was very helpful throughout the process.
