Pros

One of the biggest strengths of this platform is the customer support and service. The team is very helpful with integrations and any other setup or process we need. The interface looks good and the reporting and billing are presented very clearly. We use it regularly for SMS and email marketing campaigns and recently we also added the WhatsApp integration which has been useful.

Cons

There is nothing major to point out as a drawback. The only thing I'd really like to see is some special offers or benefits for long-time customers like us.

Right now I'm only using the SMS feature and it's incredibly easy to use.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is having the top-up function connected to a payment gateway so credit card or debit card top-ups are supported.
