“fantastic outbound call support”
Pros
Their service has been outstanding for our outbound calling work. They consistently hit the key KPIs each month and keep bringing helpful solutions as our donors' needs continue to grow. Communication is proactive and they meet with us regularly to make sure they're keeping up with the demands of the nonprofit space. They've also shared valuable contact center expertise and professionally supported us in areas where we didn't have the internal talent available.
Cons
Small technical issues sometimes end up being escalated when they come up.
