Pros

The alert reminders and to-do list make it easier to take action at the right time. I can also review daily and weekly sales stage progress which helps keep improvements on track. On top of that, having a single platform to monitor segmented sales stages is really useful.

Cons

There are occasional connection issues and the customization options for exported Excel reports are a bit limited.
