Pros

Building insurance products with it has been a real advantage for our team and for the customers and underwriters we support. Creating products from the ground up is very easy and managing or updating live products is just as simple once they are already in use. Getting everything set up initially with our existing system was also very uncomplicated. We've connected our products to third-party services like Data8 and sanctions search and that has helped add protection for our clients while also making day-to-day work more efficient for our underwriters and customer support teams.

Cons

One area that could be better is the knowledge base. In a few places, the wording feels a bit unclear or too vague which means we sometimes need to contact the support team for extra clarification.
