Pros

Biggest advantage was how simple the system is to use. Moving through the product feels very easy and navigation is user-friendly. The software is also updated regularly and each new release seems to improve on the last. On top of that, whenever we have questions or need help, the replies are always quick and helpful.

Cons

At the beginning, the dashboards felt a little confusing and took some time to work through but the support from the Intouch team has been exceptional.
