Really practical to use and everything is handled through a single file which makes it very convenient.

Connecting to the servers when opening the software takes a while and the update process is fairly complex and often runs into bugs.

I only started using this program recently because I hadn't come across it before and it immediately felt like a solid choice. The software is really simple to use, the first screen lets you either connect to a remote PC or view the codes if you want to share your own desktop. Once connected, there are plenty of features available in a menu on the right side of the screen. Remote viewing is very fluid especially compared with other programs I've used that couldn't maintain high frame rates even when I had a very fast connection. On top of that, it still stays very simple to use despite offering a lot of functions.

I haven't come across any particular downsides with this software.

Getting started was simple thanks to the simple installation. The remote client can be customized to a large extent which is a big plus. Communication through the ticket system has also been fast and helpful and the pricing is very reasonable.

One issue that comes up fairly often is the system freezing while a connection is being established. Usually, trying again solves it. Compared directly with the market leader, it still has a few disadvantages. There are also some translation mistakes in the German version such as an empty prompt window.
