“Friendly UI”
Pros
Right from the start, the UI feels friendly and simple to use. It pulls in reviews from all the major platforms, lets me respond to everything from one place, flags reviews that need urgent attention with tags and even helps me keep an eye on how competitors are performing.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides. iReview covers everything a hospitality business needs.

“Top-notch technical support”
Pros
The management system has been excellent and the review site makes it really helpful to sort through and filter quality reviews. Their technical support team has also been fantastic whenever needed.
Cons
Everything has been working perfectly with them and I haven't run into any issues with iReview.
