Pros

After switching over from Chili Piper the difference became pretty obvious. That tool could schedule meetings well enough but it didn't really account for whether someone was actually qualified which meant our AEs still wasted time on dead-end calls. Knock AI handles that much better by qualifying people first and only then letting them book through the chat.

Cons

The reminder system has also cut down our no-show rate quite a bit. We used to be at roughly 30% and now we're below 10%. Another feature that ended up being more valuable than I expected is the after-hours coverage someone can reach out at 11pm and have a real conversation instead of just filling out a form and getting a generic "we'll get back to you."
