Affordable and simple communication suite

Pros

It was remarkably simple to get a basic AI assistant up and running with Kommunicate while still having staff communicate with clients. We used it for quite some time without any issues.

Cons

In my opinion customer support could have been better but everything else was perfect.

Does the job for us

Pros

Kommunicate platform is easy to use and constantly updated which is great. Plus integrating Dialogflow, WhatsApp and Facebook was simple and I have not found any other solution that makes Dialogflow integration this easy even the documentation is clear and customer support is always ready to help us with any questions.

Cons

There are times when customer support does not fully understand the issue we are facing right away so you may need to send several screenshots to clarify the problem.

Pros

I believe Kommunicate is a powerful and flexible customer service solution. It is really easy to set up, has a user friendly interface and offers a wide range of features that help businesses streamline their customer service. Plus I must say it provides great value for money and exceptional customer service.

Cons

Well I am not a fan of the customer support chatbot as it was sometimes slow and unresponsive. Also i feel like the user interface could also be improved to make it more intuitive.

Excellent experience with the trial

Pros

It blends smoothly with other chatbot development platforms like Google Dialogflow. The customer service is excellent too as it offers quick respond and is very helpful too.

Cons

TO put it simply, this software is easy to use and its smooth integration with Amazon Lex really sets it apart from other options. Overall it makes the setup process simple and efficient whic helped us to get started quickly without any hassle.

Pros

I really like a few things about it such as there are many features that allow users to fully customize the user interface.

Cons

Helped me tons with my school project

Pros

It is very user-friendly, interactive and has a beautiful UI with outstanding customer service. I used Kommunicate with Amazon Lex for a school project and while AWS's documentation was poor and caused us a lot of issues, the team quickly stepped in. And they arranged a Zoom call to assist us and resolved most of our problems both with Amazon Lex and Kommunicate tools.

Cons

There was not anything I did not like. everything is great.

Reality is different from promises

Pros

At first the basic chat between agents and customers worked really well. But later things did not went as I expected.

Cons

The core features did not work effectively which made it a constant struggle and delayed my work
