The interface is easy and doesn't feel overly complicated like a lot of other apps out there.

Cons

It could really use more customization options. Right now, it feels pretty "one size fits all," which works fine for most businesses at first but as your company grows, you may want something that can be customized more to your needs.

Being able to import reviews manage them and receive them right on time is essential. All of that really helps improve our clients' experience and keeps their satisfaction high!

Feature I appreciated most was how well everything was integrated. It worked together really nicely even though these days it feels like other review platforms have started to do a better job in that area and have pulled ahead a bit.

The biggest downside for me was switching over existing reviews. Moving previous reviews into this software was not as easy as it was with other platforms. A lot of them let you use a kind of standard import template but with this one the process didn't feel nearly as simple. In the end, I actually never imported any of my older reviews at all.

One of my favorite additions is the video review feature for customers. Being able to choose coupon codes to encourage customers to leave reviews is also a big plus and the integration process was very easy.

Starting from zero this app helped us grow our reviews to more than 100. It looks really nice on our site and adds a lot of credibility to our products.

Having reviews displayed on our website has been a big advantage because they add strong social proof and help turn more visitors into customers. Whenever we've needed assistance the customer service team at it has responded quickly and been genuinely helpful.

One downside is the Growth plan pricing, charging $30 for 300 additional emails feels too expensive especially since it's close to TrustPilot's pricing which is on a higher level.

To use this with Shopify has been very easy and it does a nice job showing product reviews on the website so customers can easily see what others think before buying.

Email design feature feels fairly limited and there is not much room to customize it to match a business's branding or style.

Bringing in real product reviews with photos to a Shopify store is really easy. It helps add social proof to the site and makes the webstore feel more credible and trustworthy.

There's no free plan available and integration or embedding doesn't work easily with every theme especially on the product description page. Replacing the imported reviews inside the existing product review section on the product page was also pretty difficult.

Dashboard has been excellent to use and the coupon incentives do a really nice job of encouraging customers to leave photo and video reviews. The automatic reminders the app sends to each customer are also a big help and keep the whole review process moving.

One thing I'd still like to see improved is more flexibility in the review request email especially around choosing which email address those review request messages are sent from.

After trying a handful of similar tools and plenty of copycat options, this one has clearly been the best for me. They keep adding new features on a regular basis and the newer video reviews feature is a really nice addition.

Cons

It's definitely one of the most expensive options out there but you really do get what you pay for.
