Pros

Building workflows is very simple and their team has been responsive, energetic and genuinely supportive. I also appreciate that they keep introducing interesting original new features on a regular basis.

Cons

There are still a few small areas in the workflow editor that could be improved and it seems those will likely be addressed over time.

Using it is simple and it doesn't take much administrative effort to manage. It's the kind of SaaS solution you really hope for.

Cons

Making custom changes to the product isn't very simple. At times, you have to adapt your own processes to fit the product instead of the other way around.
