“Clear agent visibility”
Pros
One thing that works really well is how everything is clearly separated between QA and the agent side. Because of that setup, agents can easily see how they've performed in terms of quality, work and overall results.
Cons
I really don't have anything to complain about with it since everything feels properly aligned and on the right track.
