Everything about it is good

Pros

The interface is very simple and easy to navigate also, it is easy to find call recordings, missed calls, abandoned calls and data reports.

Cons

Call Filter option is helpful but sometimes I find it hard to find certain calls made by agents.

Pretty decent tool

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. I can check, review and track my calls with ease even downloading them if needed and the AI feature which shows how the call went with an emoji is also a nice touch.

Cons

Well I cannot edit the number in the mobile app, I literally have to delete the entire number and rewrite it from scratch.

Not impressed by it

Pros

It records calls and we can easily listen to them later. The best thing is that no admin access is needed which makes it very convenient.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that it frequently disconnects during calls, regardless of internet strength. Besides that, the client cannot call back and be redirected to the same person they spoke with earlier and the audio has a delay.

Proven the best for us

Pros

The thing I like most about it is that everything is in one place from calls to recordings, summaries, transcripts and more making it easy to find and manage what we need.

Cons

It is a little pricey but once you start using all the included features it becomes clear why.

Need improvements in some areas

Pros

Maqsam interface for making calls is really useful and I like the dashboard too as it is equally practical.

Cons

I feel like the call quality for some African countries could be improved.

Essential part of our daily workflow

Pros

It has been the best calling app we have used so far. The dialer works smoothly, calls always go through and the network is also very reliable. From my experience their customer support is fast and very responsive too.

Cons

Occasionally the mobile app takes some time to load. I usually dial a specific number but the recipient sometimes sees a different country code calling them. This issue only happens on mobile and needs to be addressed.

voice quality needs fixing

Pros

This softwrae is really very user friendly and I like that the caller has a pleasant view of the panel.

Cons

The voice quality is poor when the internet connection is slow which annoys me.

Does what it should

Pros

The KPIs are really helpful. Plus, the best thing is that it works on both iOS and Android and the AI emojis are fun. Overall I highly recommend this tool.

Cons

There is no hotline number which I think should be there but overall everything else is great.

Offer support that I never had before

Pros

The support team is one of the best I have ever worked with and the API integration is versatile as Maqsam's API lets you do just about anything.

Cons
