Pros

On the occasions when the system is functioning properly, it is fairly user-friendly. But the moment something goes wrong, trying to reach anyone for help turns into a nightmare.

Cons

As soon as the system stops working, getting in touch with someone is nearly impossible and email replies never seem to come. I tried several different ways to contact support and still got no response.
