Cons
I do wish it had a dedicated mobile app. It would be much more convenient to access on my phone after hours or on weekends since I don't always catch the alerts when they only come through email.

“Clean browser interface”
Pros
Browser version has a clean interface and is simple to navigate. Sometimes messages arrive later than expected or vanish from the text box but overall I find it easy to use.
Cons
Mobile site really needs work. A dedicated app with push notifications, more like getting a text message, would be a big improvement and would make things much better for business owners.

Pros
Being able to use it on different computers and mobile devices at the same time has been really convenient for me. The software keeps message history, the search feature works very well and I also appreciate the mass/group messaging and photo-sending options.
Cons
Only thing I'd improve is the search in message history since it could be a bit faster.

Pros
I've found sending text messages directly from my business phone really useful. It makes staying connected with my clients easier and helps me maintain consistent communication.
Cons
Interface feels pretty weak especially when using it on mobile. I'd also really like more control over the notification sound volume and a dedicated mobile app would make a big difference since having to open the mobile site every time I want to use the service is inconvenient.

“Affordable texting that delivers”
Pros
After comparing many SMS marketing platforms, I was disappointed by how expensive most of them were for my small retail boutique. This platform was a pleasant surprise for me. I started with the free trial and quickly became a fan. It's easy, user-friendly and the customizable templates make it simple for me to answer common customer questions. I especially value the automated appointment reminders and contact grouping feature which allows me to send targeted texts without selecting each person individually.
Cons
Only real downside I've run into is that fully automated responses are limited beyond appointment reminders. For example, if a customer opts in by texting a certain keyword, the system can't automatically send a follow-up message like a confirmation of that opt-in. Because of that, part of the process still has to be handled manually which adds a little extra work. Even so, it's a very small drawback considering how much the templates help with replies and how much value the software provides for the price.

“helpful scheduling for student outreach”
Pros
Scheduling messages has been incredibly valuable for me to stay in touch with new students, handle schedule updates and reconnect with students after summer break. The platform works consistently and I've only needed customer support a few times.
Cons
Templates and calendar tools aren't very simple so I have to pay extra attention to avoid mistakes. The inbox could also be managed better. Support has been available when I've needed it but the interaction tends to feel a bit disconnected and impersonal.

“helpful texting option, frustrating alerts”
Pros
It's nice that we can add an option for customers to text our business phone number without much hassle.
Cons
Automated "robot" that jumps in to troubleshoot creates a lot of confusion especially during business hours when I'm already actively texting with someone. Clients end up wondering why "I'm" suddenly sending strange messages. It would be much better to have a manual on/off switch so the autobot can be disabled when needed. The email notification feature for missed texts is also unreliable. At first, it would alert me within a few minutes but now the emails come at random times or usually not at all. On top of that some emojis and images clients send appear as blank messages or odd characters so I have no idea what I'm missing and sometimes it could be important. The notification sound is also incredibly irritating and there's no option to change the tone or lower the volume. If my speakers are up for other web-based apps, a new text makes me jump out of my chair and spill things. Because of that, I often keep this browser window closed and just hope the email alerts come through or I log back in periodically to check messages myself which isn't ideal either way.

Pros
Being able to text through our existing business phone number has made the company much more accessible and approachable. The email notifications are really helpful and the option to organize my contacts inside it adds a lot of value. The layout is clean, easy and simple to use.
Cons
Not a con but one problem I have is the alert sound, it's awful. Since I use plenty of other audio tools on my work computer during the day, I've ended up muting the it browser tab just to avoid hearing it. If there were a way to lower the volume in the software settings, the sound could actually be helpful but right now it's just too intense.

Pros
Getting started with it feels very easy and it's been a really effective way to begin texting with clients. It helps keep conversations going in a way that usually wouldn't happen because people are so busy. That ongoing back-and-forth has made communication much more convenient and has even created another opportunity to bring in sales. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
One thing I'd still want improved is how some basic tasks are handled, like attaching a photo or file, deleting texts organizing messages into groups, starting a new text or saving a conversation for later through archiving. Right now, once I archive a text, I'm not able to locate it again.

Pros
After looking into a lot of companies that provide web-based texting services, it really stood out as the only platform of its kind and for the price, it feels like an absolute steal. I'm really happy I came across it. The platform is very simple to use and works exactly the way you'd expect it to. I was able to get started quickly and haven't looked back since.
Cons
Only issue I ran into was when I needed to contact the company about billing updates and that part could have gone a bit more smoothly.

Pros
Being able to use my existing landline number for both sending and receiving texts has been really valuable. It also helps me communicate with my customer base much more efficiently.
Cons
The web page does time out sometimes and I have to refresh it to get logged back in.

Pros
Using it day to day is pretty easy and the texting feature has been especially valuable for how our business communicates.
Cons
Getting everything up and running was difficult and we spent the first six months dealing with quite a few bugs that had to be resolved. There are still some areas that need work. The system does not prevent users from entering duplicate contacts or phone numbers. At times, when adding a parent, it will not let the user connect the student. It is also frustrating that even though the student name is what we usually know, the search only works by parent. I also have a student with an overseas cell number and the software does not allow additional digits. Since some students are part of multiple households, it would be much more helpful if more than one phone number could be attached to a student and searched that way.

“responsive support and practical texting”
Pros
Running business texting through this software has kept communication clear and effective for my team. I also appreciated that, unlike a lot of other companies, they didn't try to push a bunch of extra SMS marketing tools I had no use for. Their customer service has been consistently quick to respond and that matters a lot in my book.
Cons
The interface feels a little clunky especially on mobile but it still does what I need and the pricing is definitely affordable.
