“Reliable automation with strong integrations”
Pros
It offers a broad set of capabilities in one platform and it's very manageable day to day. It's reliable, packed with useful functionality and helps contact centers get more done with less human involvement. Implementation was easy and it integrated well with our existing systems.
Cons
Don't have any complaints about this tool. It's one of the best automation platforms I've used in the market.
