Cut down IT tickets with automation

Pros

Since bringing Moveworks on board we have seen our ticket volume drop by 50% over four years. The savings from our IT Service Desk alone have covered the cost of the Moveworks contract and we even saved extra! Getting started with them was super easy and their joint success programs keep us totally aligned.

Cons

We have faced some support challenges here and there but their leadership team has been great at jumping in and getting problems sorted quickly.

Excellent help from IT support

Pros

Choosing to automate tasks with Moveworks has been one of the best decisions. Also I like their support team as they are very quick and always ready to help.

Cons

In really complicated cases I would say it might not always be the best solution out there.

Pros

I love how they use AI in such a smart way to eliminate all the small everyday hassles that usually drain the energy out of IT teams.

Cons

Setting up and connecting it with our existing systems was not exactly simple as it took a lot of time and effort.

Pros

Well it helps us handle support tickets, search for information and automate workflows across the entire company.

Cons

Support can get better

Pros

The technical questions that pop up when someone joins a new company are now so easy to handle. Plus the AI prompts and suggestions are spot on and pretty relevant. After the simple onboarding, it is like a plug and play as no complicated setup needed. And instead of booking meetings with coworkers, employees just use Moveworks to get answers fast. In short it has become a regular go to and saves us a ton of time.

Cons

It is definitely not the easiest thing to plug into very technical businesses. As you really need to plan out the workflows first. Plus managing security and controlling sensitive queries can get tricky which makes it harder for me to manage access properly.

A smart tool

Pros

I recently had some time to dive into the Moveworks AI Copilot and check out everything it can do. As an AI developer it was awesome seeing how it takes care of day to day IT support tasks so smoothly. Also it is a one stop solution that even non technical teams can easily roll out without needing much development work.

Cons

One challenge I noticed was the limited ability to customize some functions. But we are working with them to find workarounds, so it is manageable.
