Pros

The software feels well designed and user-friendly. All it really takes is a name and an email address and from there it handles the rest automatically. It's also nice that there are customization options available when you want more control over how it works.

Cons

One minor issue comes to mind although it wasn't a huge problem for me, the customer feedback tab never seemed to work properly. I could tell customers were opening the email and submitting a rating but I was never able to view the actual ratings they left unless they went on to post a Google or Yelp review.
