Right from the start, this platform being fully cloud-based has been a big plus and it comes packed with really strong features. It makes managing customer issues and interactions much more easy and deployment and integration with existing software have been simple as well.

Cons

Using this tool has been a positive experience overall and I honestly haven't run into anything to dislike.
