Pros

Having programmatic access to WhatsApp along with a user-friendly chat interface has been a big win for us. The platform includes lots of thoughtful little conveniences and that attention to detail really shows. I also value having all the important customer information available directly inside the chat details. It helps our agents work much more efficiently and resolve issues faster especially when they are handling hundreds of customers and thousands of messages each day. Getting started was very easy and their team was extremely helpful during the setup process.

Cons

The interface is not very beginner-friendly so it takes a bit of time to get comfortable with it.
