Pros

The offer sounds appealing at first but in reality nothing happened the way the sales rep described it. They do not actually work on your SEO yet they still charge for the service exactly as planned, without any hesitation despite their lack of competence.

Cons

After two months of being billed by PARTOO, I quickly realized that my natural web SEO was not improving at all. I filed a complaint because the salesperson who sold me the service clearly told me that by working with them, everything would be excellent and that within two or three months I would be at the top of search engines like Google for my business and region. In the end, none of that was true. Their response by email was that they are not obligated to deliver results yet they had no problem continuing to send monthly invoices which I of course blocked through my bank. As a client, I absolutely expect results before paying those invoices and from what I have seen, they are not working for my business at all, only for their own bank account. That approach is not going to work with me. If another company is dealing with a similar situation, we should get in touch and not let this company get away with it.

Pros

Everything is centralized so finding or managing anything we need is incredibly simple. On top of that since we have the API implemented, everything gets funneled into the same platform and it honestly works wonderfully.

Cons

Some features we used to have have been removed like the charts comparing old reviews vs. new ones. That visual material was very useful to send to the clinics so they could clearly see their progress over time.

Pros

It really stands out thanks to its knowledgeable and helpful team, always ready to assist with any need. On top of that, their advanced technological development, including the integration of innovative tools like artificial intelligence, adds a lot of value to the platform.

Cons

I haven't come across any particular negative aspects while using the platform.
